Econo Lodge Decatur - Atlanta East

The rooms look NOTHING of the pictures. Like nothing. The walls were damaged, furniture was broken, the room reeked of marijuana and overall the place was unkept and gross. The floors were sticky, and the tub looked un cleaned in months.

The owners are liars, there¿s a reason it¿s non refundable. They¿re clearly okay with defrauding you for money. Because this hotel was the definition of a gross hotel.

The staff is really nice

People constantly walking past my door . The room was dirty. I was actually afraid most of the time . I didn¿t stay the night I left and went to a hotel. This was definitely a motel and I don¿t like motels

The lock on the room door was broke, my bed sheets was dirty with lots of stains as well, very noisy at nice could hear lots of banging and yelling and bath was super small and very over priced

The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, there was always someone smoking weed out in the parking lot, the parking lot was hard to get in and out of.

The female stag was very kind.

The man running the front desk was rude. I checked in early and the first room I received the water would not turn off. They gave me another room because even they had trouble turning it off. The next room the light in the bathroom area did not work.

No bedbugs, close to freeways.

Shady people staying at the hotel with lots of little kids. No breakfast of any kind; NOT AS ADVERTISED. More like a 1 Star hotel.

Appearance, cleanliness, noise. First room assigned was not made up. Bed not made, room filthy. Second room better but not all lamps could access plugs so room was dark.

Dirty walls and shower curtain, no microwave in room as promised.

Has to go outside then go into the lobby to use microwave.

Hotel room was dirty and had cockroaches in the room.the door was not very secure.dis not feel safe staying there

Absolutely Nothing

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in, and in a horrible area. 3 out of 5 lights didn't work including the bathroom light! The fridge didn't work it stunk so bad in there. People playing loud bass music all hours of the morning and night!

not very clean, found other ppls stuff in the room even an old cigar butt. gross

The only good thing was price and free internet.

The hotel looks dirty the room was very uncomfortable and it didn’t look clean, it smelled funky and the bathroom was very small. Also the complimentary breakfast was a bad experience and the location’s entrance it’s usually blocked by traffic.

The hotel was clean and near to the interstate I only stayed one night and it was alright.

It was within walking distance to certain stores.

1) It had broken furniture. 2) It did not have a clothing rack. 3) It had the tiniest bathroom ever. 4) Not all the staff spoke English 5) The breakfast sucked. 6) I had to ask attendant to push a button to use ice machine.

The owner. She was so very nice and helped us as much as she could. When making the arrangements I had asked for a downstairs room as I am handicapped. She was not aware of that, but I can only assume that it was not relayed to her.

The chair in the room was dirty. Not that it bothered me, I did not sit in it, but I made the room look bad because it was the first thing you saw when you entered. The sheets had spots on them, but they were clean.

Easy on and off to my travel route

Worn and not maintained adequately. Free breakfast just starch stuff. No juice or fruit.

Staff was very friendly. Room clean and basic. Fridge and microwave. Would be good for a longer stay. Not fancy but functional.

The check in clerk stated several times about damaging and missing items will be charged to my card, I was exhausted after the long ride,but I was offended.

Clean room, comfortable beds, proximity to shopping areas.

The outside appearance of the building,however,I realize if a paint job was done the daily rate would B higher. I would stay there again.
