Residence Inn by Marriott Decatur Emory Area

the friendly staff, spacious room, and hot breakfast.

Location, modern

The sliding shower door would not stay closed while I was showering.

I loved everything about the hotel cleanses, the size of them and overall it?s was the best experience ever !!

No , the only thing I hate I couldn?t stay longer!!

All that I will say is the room doesnt disappoint

The rooms have plenty of outlets but they lack when it comes to places for throwing away trash

Friendly staff, ample parking, big rooms, clean, comfortable.

Terrible pillows, breakfast options and quality were fair.

Superb staff, clean room and we had a quiet and comfortable room! Thanks

Breakfast was disappointing, about 45 before breakfast was supposed to end they took most of the food and put it up, which meant NO YOGURT, MUFFINS, EGGS and the COFFEE was out ... said no COFFEE except decaffeinated ??‍♀️ the staff was friendly but BREAKFAST needs a revamp PLEASE!

Hotel was across the street from the funeral we were attending. Very convenient, parking was easy and close, clean lobby and room, excellent breakfast. The best part of this hotel is the staff! Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Every staff member greeted us sincerely and offered help. Needed extra linens and they responded within minutes. Kudos to the team!

Loved it all!

I had never stayed in a studio apartment style room and it was gorgeous!

I wish you didn’t have to pay for parking

Good location. Room was spacious.

Had to call everyday for towels and bathroom supplies.

The property was very nice. The rooms were beyond spacious and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful.

The area is nice.

The Ethernet connection was not live and I picked the residence so I would be able to work. Since I couldn't that was below my expectations. I have a 400 charge for a night that was only supposed to be 200...

The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was huge. It was a studio apt.

The free breakfast left a little to be desired. I ended up only having a bagel. I don't care for prepackaged heat lamp eggs.

Very clean and accommodating. The breakfast had turkey sausages which is awesome for people like me who don’t eat pork. We loved this.

breakfast was good

We had no cleaning service, coffee replaced, not enough towels etc

Great location very clean.

The heating unit was very noisy.

Clean, neat, organized, and very helpful staff!! Best hotel experience in a longggg time!!

Little pricey but competitive

It had a good location, it was clean and the staff were more than satisfactory.

The breakfast, lack of coffee and most importantly, the overcharging due to many people evacuating from Hurricane Milton.

This facility was across the street from the hospital my brother was in. It was convenient to walk to and from for my meals and the room was so comforting and inviting after a long day in the hospital.

On the day my brother died, I checked out, but didn't cancel through Booking.com so I had to do some fixing of this situation. It was resolved to my satisfaction. Just a note to anyone changing a booking.

Very clean, staff very friendly, the room amenities were excellent.

Breakfast offerings were a little disappointing. Food was good just not quite what my expectations were.

A customer stole my card at the desk after I walked away. Maybe even the lady who checked me in.
