Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Decatur/Emory

The location

The comforter on my bed had crusted blood on it. I reported it to the housekeeping staff and requested a new comforter. The dirty comforter was removed but a new one was not replaced.

The helpful staff, cleanliness, and quietness.

The pool was freezing. It?s a small indoor pool but was entirely too cold and should probably have a heater on.

The front desk personnel were often missing! They put a sign up and disappeared. The phone was not answered when they were away. This needs to be addressed. It happened every day while I was there!

Location was great! Plenty of options in walkable distance, including Marta station to go downtown.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable,helpful and profess.

My sink was initially clogged but fixed when asked. I found it impossible to keep water off of the floor when I showered.

This is becoming my favorite place to stay when bringing my son to his appointments at Emory. Nice, clean rooms in a quiet environment away from the hustle & bustle, but not too far away if we desire.

Other than the scary parking garage elevator, no.

Nice location, nice property, and morning breakfast lady very nice and attentive.

The hotel needs to add some signs telling where the parking is from the street and especially in the hotel. Nothing helps the guest find the hotel from the parking deck and to the deck from the hotel. Check in guy was terrible.

I was charged 20 dollars to my card for incidentals. I was told this would be credited back to my account. The money was not credited to my account, and I had no incidentals. They charged me 12 dollars for parking, which I think is high for one night.

Warm pool, decent location

Fee for parking, the sheets were dirty with drops of blood. There were long black hairs in the bed and the shower. Other guests made it very difficult to get sleep and even after making the front desk aware at 330am, they still continued banging on doors.

We were pleasantly surprised! This Hampton Suites is updated, stylish and clean. I've stayed at expensive 5-star hotels that were less impressive.

Centrally located

Too much light in the room No shade on window to keep the light out. Charged for parking.

This hotel was clean, modern, and in a hip, but quiet, area. The view from our window was nice. The bathroom/ shower was awesome.
