Room smelled like mildew. AC did not work great staff not the friendliest.

The shower needs a better shower curtain. The entire floor got wet when I showered.

The staff had trouble getting me checked in. They had to change computers and still had trouble. They were apologetic and polite, but it took some time.

The hotel room itself was a hot box the whole time. We turned the ac down all the way and it was literally like 75 the whole time, which is hot for us. I called the front desk to ask about it, they said hold on, let me call you back,never received a call.

No. Our stay was great!

Over experience was ok, was no early check in so I had to wait a hour for my room. Then I was booked for the second night so they called needing my card information. I understand things like that happen . But only a ok rating for that stay.

The water smelled and tasted funny. That affected things like the hot cocoa and coffee and whatnot. The smell while showering was hard to endure.

Yes, we did NOT have hot water! We did tell the clerk at check out and she said we were not the only ones. Not happy so we stayed at a different hotle on the return trip.
