Everything was extremely disappointing. Trash everywhere room equipment broken. no room cleaning, phones not working no clean bedding extremely rude manager! Etc etc etc

Every room had damaged to furniture,equipment.No weekly housekeeping as “advertised l” “a dyi bro” Bedding:begged for clean sheets! It’s bring your own.No:soap,toilet paper, replacement towels,trash bags.keys failed to work. Manager= extremely rude.

Roaches, duct/taped shower head, no shampoo or conditioner provided, only a bar of soap. Synthetic linens.

Nothing it sucks

Yeah everything and the fact that I was not paying security deposit then all of a sudden they said I had to pay a 50 dollar security deposit and the next time saying i had to pay 100 security deposit never in my life hv I ever had to pay a deposit

The families that I was able to meet and grow a bond with that actually helped me out and threw things.

Everything there was terrible from the manger trying to intimidate everyone. From the manger having me and my handicap daughter on the 3rd floor and second floor which was unsafe if ever there was a fire. From him telling me my one year old is too lould

The hotel room was infested with roaches coming out of the vents and traveling throughout the room. The hotel bed was "crunchy," with soiled/stained mattresses. The office closed early so there was no one to reach to assist or request a different room.

The laundry room was dirty, washing machines were nearly broken. Also, the room had a broken lock on the door. The only lock that worked was the deadbolt latch thankfully.

Where do I start? I've NEVER stayed in a hotel where the guests have to take their USED towels TO HOUSEKEEPING. I've NEVER stayed in a hotel where the mgr comes to knock on my doorto tell me that I should be checking out. There were cockroaches in

Only thing I liked best was one of the staff members , but the other one who claimed to be a manager needs to be fired

Roaches. First room I had I saw multiple roaches even in the bed . Was supposed to be queen bed in that room . Was not a queen bed . I only stayed there at night it was that horrible . The second room I had got had no roaches but smelled like weed.

It was very close to my destination. Check in and out was quick and easy. Room charges, taxes and fees stayed the same - no contradictions! Which was awesome!

No trash can in room. No light bulbs in bedside lighting, only overhead available. Pillows and mattress protectors were very dirty and in need of replacement. Very thankful I brought my own pillow and blankets.

The security, the location and the outside cleanliness.

Infested, very unsanitary.

The attendant on staff was very polite, helpful and kind. She does her job well for the position it is!!

We did not stay and are hoping we see our credit card refunded. People live at this motel and they stand outside and watch your every move. It seemed unsafe and the room was unsatisfactory.

The heat works.

There were so many roaches. Hole in the door and what looked like leftover poo dried in the bathroom.

Everything. It was dirty, holes in the walls and doors, something that looked like blood smeared on the door, roaches, smelled so bad, the beds were as hard, some strange man tried to get my daughter to come to his room. We checked out almost immediately

The price and location

We had no heat and only 1 towel for 2 adults. It is very loud and is in dire need of a remodel.

Office only open 11-7, bugs, bought a can of raid and use half the can in three days. One night someone just walked into my room because they double booked it. My key did not work after that and guess what, the office was closed, so could not reprogram ke

Never stayed there when I got there no rooms were available

People were hanging all outside the hotel coming in the office complaining about their keys were not working lady just checked in and went to her room it wasn¿t clean she had to come back and asked them to clean her room the area was just a mess.

This place was a dump. Guests were hanging outside their rooms drinking alcohol and smoking weed. The rooms were ugly and dingy. My rooms had flies, we did not stay.
