- I was scammed out of $4 from my deposit due to a "destination fee" which doesn't make sense
- The hotel requires a $100 deposit not mentioned until check-in and it takes 3 to 7 business days after check out to receive your refund! The hotel is a 3 star at best and I payed for a 5 star.

The pool was down when we were there. My kids was so let down.
