Attendant was rude the room smelled like Marijuana had bugs and was extremely dirty. Had blood on curtains and walls. The parking lot was littered with tire and car axles

ASKED FOR ROOM TO BE CLEAN NEVER HAPPENED ACT LIKE THEY WAS MAD ALL THE TIME EVERY ONE OF THE STAFF NOT NICE AT ALL THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE TOWELS AND TISSUE WHEN I ASKED BUGS WAS IN THE ROOM WHEN TOLD LADY SHE GOT A TISSUE AND GOT DEAD BUG UP COCKROACHES

Hotel is very clean the guy at the front was not very clear on how to operate the credit card machine the staff in front he isn't very talkative but for the most great stay I love the price .. I would stay again

They need break fast

Nothing this hotel is horrible, I travel for work so finding something that is cheap but decent is hard. The tv didn¿t work, as unmounted. The sheets were dirty. The comforter was stained all over the place. Outlets for the lamps didn¿t work either.

Staff was horrible, didn¿t really speak English well. When I went to talk about a room change they brushed it off as well. Definitely will not be back.

Yes need too maintain a level of service that make people feel welcome not like they are a bother also maintain lighting too make sure all work properly!!!

Location other than no sound ordinance due to being in the County.

Individuals are allowed to drink and party outside late in the night. No interference from staff unless you call to report distraction. Police can't enforce noise ordinance it's on hotel management to make things right.

The doors were locked and I had to knock on the window to reach the front desk clerk, who was sleeping. The floor was really dirty in the room and there were dead bugs covering the window and air conditioner unit.

They tried to get us out starting at 9:30. Came back at 10:50 and threatened to call the police if we weren¿t out by 11. Hotel nice. Would stay there again or recommend anyone stay there strictly bc of staff. I reserved 2 q bed room and I got k ¿¿

No smoking room and it didn't have the jacuzzi like it advertised online when I booked it so it was a waste of time and money

Rude customer service representative, they charged me twice, took 40 minutes to check in…… THE ABSOLUTE WORST/there are very nice hotels near by

Check in was easy. The staff was around when needed I locked my self out twice SMH, they quickly helped me with a smile. There was staff circling the building and parking lot constantly making sure it was secure. I felt safe for my self and my car. Yet they were not all up in my face.

I didn’t have a dislike. Continental breakfast would be cool.

Attitude with front desk, like we were disturbing him. The stero concert blaring at 11 p.m. from room next door, I called to ask them to address it waited 10 minutes then got dressed went to the front and was told "I called they did not answer" I impatiently told him they couldn't hear the phone. He called again, however, if you stood there at the desk you could hear and feel the music. He throw his pen got up and followed me to the room. All was quite till 3 am . when everyone started leaving for work. This was a Ga. rode construction hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Cheap. Clean. Comfortable beds. Glad to find anything available on UGA Grad weekend. Housekeeping service efficient and competent. Can't think of anything else positive.

No breakfast. Grumpy front desk person. Hotel hard to find behind another newer hotel. Parking lot and walkways need cleaning and resurfacing. No hair conditioner available. Sink plumbing falling apart.

The room was clean. The location was convenient

The overnight staff at the front desk was very rude when I explained that our room did not have hot water. He showed me there was hot water at the sink in the lobby, so I told him to check our room and he agreed there was no hot water but there was nothing he could do! I asked him since there wasn't any hot water for us to shower, then he should refund half of what I paid for the room back to the card, and he refused! So, needless to say, we won't be returning.
