Hampton Inn Commerce

Location was decent

Had a couple roaches for roommates, so we got a refund and stayed at another hotel

The hotel's saving grace was the serta bed. It was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on. Like the no pet's policy.

The room was a claustrophobic's nightmare. There is no space to walk around the room. Seems it was a king room turned into double queens. I hated the sliding bathroom door. It implied a feeling of very little privacy from the other occupants. $---??

The location was convenient to restaurants.

The hotel was run down and in need of maintenance. The hallways and common areas looked dirty and the hotel room chair was disgusting. There was a musty odor in the hallways.

Musty. Partial renovation; old smelly carpet. You will hear all doors slam shut.

The desk staff was nice.

The hotel lobby furniture was very dirty, the chair in room was stained, Fingerprints on sliding bathroom door. Hallway carpets need cleaning and vacuuming. Definitely not up to Hampton standards

The bed was comfortable.

The ceiling appeared to have mold or something on it. The rooms were very small.

The room was excellent for me (I am handicapped) and close to the entrance. The staff was courteous, helpful, and prompt. The lady at the desk was very helpful, she showed us the room and even helped us get in it while holding my service dog for me.

Not that we can tell.

I arrived after paying for my non refundable room they told me there was not a room for me. Long story short. There was a room. Paint coming off bathroom walls. Shower door broken. I usually prefer Hampton Inn's for their consistency. Worst Hampton Inn

The location was convenient.

The renovation is incomplete. Small finishing details like molding around carpets. Shower head dripped water constantly. Renovated shower already had yellowed caulk around soap dish. Ceiling had water stain in bathroom.

Proximity to to the events that we attended. Rooms were equipped wit fridge and microwave.

Once we settled in after moving to different rooms because of issues found as results of construction occurring at site, we had a nice stay at Commerce Hampton Inn. Free breakfast and free parking was available;staff was concerned and helpful when respond

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great price.

The ac did not work correctly. There was a bug in our room. Light did not work in the bathroom. Staff was useless as far as helping solve the issues.
