Quality Inn Commerce at I-85

Room recently renovated so it had the feel of not being dated.

Clothes hangar is too small, hangars cannot sit straight in on them, should be a few inches bigger. Shower has smooth walls, no place for soap without bending over. Iron was too small and apt to fall out of holder and hurt someone especially a child.

Room had space for a chair but no chair. Bathroom needed a shelf

Clean, modern, comfortable bed, adequate breakfast (but could use some protein, like eggs). Polite and professional staff. Price, compared to other nearby hotels.

Wasn't their fault, but another guest kept their diesel truck running with the exhaust pointed down our hallway and our room rumbling... and someone else came by pounding on our door. When I opened the door they just said they were looking for someone.

I wish I would have been told that they were doing renovations on the room directly above mine because they beat nailed and everything else all day long sometimes I thought I heard it over in the night I was sick and I was in bed all Friday night and Sat

Very clean, close to the freeway but very quiet

The breakfast was good.

The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The beds were too small, even though I was told they were the same size as a queen.

The pillows and towels were stained and dirty.

Everything. The room was a non smoking room, but it smelled like someone was smoking all the time. There was also a weird mold like smell to the room. I was counting the hours to check out.

The room was very clean and the free hot breakfast was good

They were remodeling and we couldn¿t park in front of our room had to park at the other end of parking lot and the dumpster company started at 4:30am right outside our room

easy booking, location good, walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Starbucks nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.

Its located at a very good Location

Its has lots of Bugs/Insects and Bathroom was choked. Had a horrible time while taking a shower.

Hotel employee was the only person that was nice and without an attitude.

Friday we checked in everything was fine we get to are room and the t.v. remote does not work so I send my son down to the front desk to get a replacement and they give him a attitude about the remote,we will never stay there ever again,not a --- hotel!

I can't stay just 1 thing I like about this hotel. Between the staff & the amazing bathtub I would rate this hotel a perfect 10!Not only were staff kind & friendly they were extremely professional.you could smell the cleanliness of this hotel I'll go back

We had two rooms, the beds were AMAZING!!!!!! My 13 and 9 year olds were saying mom I want a comfy bed like this. The staff was very friendly. The morning lady made us feel at home.

The breakfast was ok. Not alot of choices. I have seen better continental breakfast.

They offer breakfast but its only cereal. They use to have a full breakfast with eggs, toast and all the works.

I loved the beds. They were just perfect and the rooms were very clean.

They was not a DO NOT DISTURB sign for the door and when asking for one they never brought one. So every morning like clock work the maids came walking in to clean the room.

Price was good for this room. Simple, comfortable lodging. The bed was very comfortable.
