Very friendly staff - always said hi and offered help. Room and hotel were very clean. Staff stocked lobby with cookies and lemonade. Morning breakfast was good - scrambled eggs and sausage. Room was quiet.

The fire alarm was triggered in the middle of the night,had to stand outside for nearly an hour. And my room had roaches after seeing that I didn't get any sleep & left at daybreak

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was appreciated and very good.

Bathroom was ok but could have been refigured to allow for more room.

Best hotel in Commerce! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, kind staff, and great breakfast. The General Manager and her staff are phenomenal!

Front desk staff was wonderful, everyone was friendly with a great attitude. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean and well maintained.

Window in our room leaked when it rained, front desk took care of it though.

This was a fantastic hotel stay overall. We stayed here for the UGA Championship parade and the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean, and there were tons of options for dinner and shopping in the area.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. did not like...Cold decaf coffee. When we asked for fresh hot coffee @9:00 am it never came. 45 minutes later, the coffee dispenser was still sitting under the coffee maker in the kitchen area.

Only specific rooms designated for discounted fares. Though the hotel was fairly empty, one of the rooms was not ready until after 3:00. Staff was very attentive in changinging to a different room since mine was not ready.

Clean, and friendly staff. Close to shopping, I85, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is brand new but already getting dirty. Lobby was clean but from the lobby to my room the floor was dirty and stayed that way for my 2 night stay. The right elevator sounded unsafe. The water pressure was so terrible. Checking in was also an issue.

Room is GREAT!!! New modern & sooo nice. I am hot blooded and lots of times there is a restriction on the air so it will not go below 65*, total control here.
