Convenient location, nice rooms.

The couch needed to be cleaned, it was pretty bad and couldn't even sit on it.

Breakfast was great. Complimentary snacks and water offered is awesome! Location is great. Hotel was clean in the areas I visited. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was not ready when we arrived (after check-in) so we had to wait. I could of least been offered a small discount for the inconvenience though.

The bed/mattress was leaning to one side and did not sit on the frame appropriately.

Nice and clean and in a good area

The location is good - close to the route we use. There are many restaurants in the vicinity which is nice. Also lots of shopping if you enjoy that. Our room was clean. Breakfast was fine - was happy to see fresh fruit options. The attendant was quite pleasant and friendly. Front desk persons were very personable both when we checked in and in the morning when we left.

There were no plastic glasses in the bathroom.

The location is perfect and offers many conveniences - you can walk to a number of restaurants and shopping within minutes. The king size room was very comfortable. The staff were fabulous! Very pleasant to talk to and quite professional.

Rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfy.Location is perfect for shopping and our business trip purpose.

breakfast was horrible. Poor choice. Sausages over salted. Juice, coffee - horrible quality. no vegetables at allPlastic plates and cutlery. Why?!On the first floor, when the washed the floor, it stink.Outdated system at the reception. it took time to enter the details to the Invoice, which are needed for our Company. Moreover, information submitted on booking was not passed to the Hotel.

Staff at check in was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Like the little snack bar. Check out was very easy.
