Great location and room prices are affordable.

The ac unit did not cool the room at all.

Well I thought they had smoking rooms but that wasn’t true and there was no breakfast

I got there Friday and checked in 1 hour early, which was nice because I hadn't had any sleep because of my long drive.The Saturday morning staff were great. They were very helpful to me. The location was ok. That is the only thing that was good about this place.

It is in need of some major repairs. There were holes in the walls in the hallways. The whole place needs an overhaul. This wasn't my main complaint, I went down to talk to management Saturday afternoon, and I was all bit up. I don't like to make a scene so I tried to tell the person at the desk about my room having bed bugs he blew it off and said oh it's probably just flee bites, like that was any better. I'm a nurse, and I know what bed bug bites look like.Anyway, he didn't make any attempt to switch my room or anything.Not that I would have switched rooms. No apology, no refund. Nothing! So I said I was checking out.

The location was good. It was close to GSU, which is where the event is located.

It is an old building that needs renovation. Rooms had a foul smell, roaches infestation and shower fixtures needs to be replaced. Unknown liquid on the walls. There was no breakfast. Staff was rude and dismissive.

The best thing about this place is not even the place, is the location. There is a giant Burger King right down the road and is only 15 minutes from Fort Moore (Benning).

They canceled my reservation a half hour before I got there!The place was awful, carpets stained from years and years of foot traffic and Spills. The doors would not open/close unless you Jimmied them!The baths didn't look like they were ever SCRUBBED

The location is very convenient and all facilities are adequate, Staff members were friendly, helpful, and competent. It was just what I needed when I checked in late.

The continental breakfast, honestly, left a lot to be desired. Even on a budget and from Walmart, you can offer healthier options than fruit loops and white bread. Maybe this is what people eat? We can do better, y'all. Also, the coffee was downright pitiful, like water from dirty socks. C'mon! I'd be happy to design a better breakfast for them, within a budget.
