Rooms well kept ,, Clean tub and bathroom

I like the location

The refrigerators need to be replaced

Room was clean

Trash cans outside were over flowing

Clean and tidy room. Comfy beds. Even our dog appreciated this hotel.

The room was clean. I was ready to head back to the desk and cancel because the stairwells and hallway were not in great shape. The hotel needs a facelift. The location is in a convenient spot, but the grounds are run down due to neglect.

930 PM parking lot noise was unbelievably loud. A customer just opened up his truck and played his rap music way too loud. Luckily, someone must have told him to shut it down. When I checked out at 10:30 AM, the lobby was chaotic with a woman screaming and cussing about getting kicked out of her room. It was embarrassing. I normally stay at Hilton properties, and after my recent experience, will continue. I tried to save about $50, and ended up wishing that I had not stayed at your hotel. I will not stay there again.

The location was great. It was exactly where I needed to be.

The building had several permanent live in residents, who treated the facility like an apartment complex...Loud music, drinking in the hallways, smoking at the entryway doors and such. I rented two rooms and in one room, the bed was literally broken. The side sloped down at such at angle it felt as though you would fall off. Our non smoking rooms reeked of stale cigarettes smoke and the AC didnt work properly in one room.
