Clean, friendly, & good location

The location was great.

It was good until 3 hours after check out I was called and told I didn’t pay, when in fact I did. I was accused until I told the exact time I called to pay the first time PRIOR to arriving to the property, how to conversation went & when I arrived and took care of the remaining balance, per their request. Checked out and nothing was mentioned. Miscommunication is one thing but to request payment for an entire night after it was taken care of is ridiculous. If I would have given them a “separate card” like they asked, I would have been charged incorrectly because of their mistake.

The shower head does not detach

The hotel is clean. Free breakfast, free wifi, and free parking. The outside pool was clean. Staff are very polite and professional.

Very quiet, well maintained very comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked like a champ. Staff was just unbelievably good.

It was only a 15 minute drive to our convention, a little loud way, but made it very quiet and very, very comfortable.The next time I’m up in Columbus, I will stay at this Hampton Inn again.

The staff was friendly and attentive. I had to switch rooms from a musty odor. Rooms are not worth the price point. Dirty walls and older rooms. Convenient to the Infantry museum and not far from Columbus.

The location was good.

The pool that was advertised as open was actually closed for mat least this month and next month. They should definitely be posting that there pool is closed.

Location and quiet

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was no hot food at 7:00am and had to wait until around 7:30 for them to put more out. Food choices were disappointing.
