The location was great. We were there to visit my son at Fort Benning. It was very close. The staff were all super nice and helpful.
The air was not working properly in my room. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower. They did bring some when we called. The breakfast was very minimal and they were out of a lot of things. On the last day, something happened to the coffee pot and the person at the desk did not know how to fix it. So, no coffee on the last day. It seemed as if they may be struggling financially.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. The hotel was centrally located to the events we attended. .

The location isn’t in a great neighborhood but close proximity to base. It was well kept, clean and safe. The staff made our weekend! They were friendly, professional and the property was well managed. I was so impressed with every employee from the front desk to housekeeping. I’ve never seen so many men working housekeeping!

The property was clean and very easy to get to. We were there for our son Basic training graduation. Upon our arrival, even though we were early, the staff informed us that they were getting all the rooms ready and as soon as it was ready we could go up. Well it was ready in less than the time that was given. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The guy James was very nice even told us so good place to get some good food while we were there. I think of the young,white guy (with Roll Tide hat on) but he was also extremely nice and friendly. Thanks for everything ❤️

Room is very small. Breakfast has no eggs or bacon/sausage ..
