Convenient location. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable.

The owner was very nice and helpful. We will stay here next time we are in town!

Cons -

Bathtub/shower had a notable smell of mildew. Road traffic was a bit loud until later hours.
Everything. This is a run down motel. It is a one or two star motel and certainly NOT a 5 star hotel. They do not offer food and beverage.
There was no coffee maker in the room, continental breakfast was sub par (dry cereal and coffee only), and close to the train tracks.

The location met our needs with easy access to our conference. The sheets smelled good, there were local restaurants for food, and gas stations available
