The sheets had blood and urine on them

They did not give me the room I paid for. I paid for a suite and got a room with 2 queen beds instead

Unwilling to refund me. I was traveling home from picking up my son from college. I had a 17-hour drive to get him and the same to get back home. I booked this hotel. I was ready to check in at 2 am Saturday. Nope, that was not an option.

The rooms the staff and the breakfast

My microwave stop working the second night we where here and no one replaced it that was terrible

Pool was good for 4 days then needed cleaned. Sheets and towels were clean. I stayed a week.

BUGS I told staff about the bugs and changed rooms and bugs were also there. Dirty, stains on furniture, carpets dirty and breakfast is NOT continental. Very small bathroom. I feel bad for housekeeping should be retired.

The water was hot

The sheets were dirty when I checked in I request new sheets only for them to be left at my door. No one knocked or tried to contact me to let me know that the sheets were available for me afterwards the Spanish employees begin to talk being very rude

From the entrance floor, elevator, to the room floor and bed sheets, bathroom, etc - the hotel shower and sink water was warm at best.

This hotel was a very poor choice. I am a Wyndham rewards member. This place was dirty, room carpet was dirty, bathroom area was dusty just disgusting for the room rate of $--- per night.

Very dirty and it advertised a hot breakfast, It was only offered a continental with pre-packaged high sugar items. We chose to eat at a restaurant off property.

Location and access to interstate

Dated and not the cleanest in the world because on it. Staff is thin which hurts them.

I had to be moved 2 times due to filthiness and non working ac units

I¿m the midst of a bad booking from my boyfriend, I was able to find something else to fit our needs quickly. Once booked, staff was very accommodating. Answered all our questions. Cleanliness was far and above better. Plus it was great for our kids.

More options for breakfast is my only thing that could have been better

Not much. The shower worked fine

Dark and dingy. The carpet was old and worn out and looked dirty. The security door latch was broken. The door looked like it was forced open. Over priced.

Location was right off the highway and easy to get to.

Hotel was old and badly needed renovation -water stains on ceiling, several dirty oily stains on carpet, armchair, and decorative pillow. Mold was present in and around the shower that didn¿t drain properly so there was standing water. Breakfast, a joke

Breakfast was good

The shower wall and rod was damaged and rod wouldn¿t even stay up mini fridge couldn¿t be used it would fall out every time you tried and no smoke dectors in rooms said they system was off.

NASTY! I didn't stay here & didn't like anything.free parking, but NO parking spaces avail. Upon entry into the room, the lights were on it, room was filthy, red sticky stuff on the carpet, linen was soiled with visible dirt, smelled like a fire.

Toilet had crap wiped all over it from inadequate cleaning. Sheets were stained. I asked what time breakfast started and was told to read my key card. Breakfast options were terrible.
