Toiletvpaper holder falling out of wall, towel holder fell off the wall, understaffed at night

The check in guy so great. We arrived a few minutes after 11pm when the pool closed, but he told us we could go enjoy it with our 4 year old for a little bit even though it was late.

The fire alarm went off in the morning, but apparently that happens quite a bit. It wasn't bad, just about 30 minutes or so of the alarm before the fire department shut it off after doing their checks

Very clean, large bathroom, friendly staff.

Needs more light in the bathroom & a longer shower curtain so that water stays in the tub.

Staff, Room were clean, and spacious and comfortable.

It was just really clean and modern contemporary look.

Bed was a bit firm and there was a slight rattle coming from the air condition that woke me a few times in the night.

The website stated it was pet friendly, but when we arrived, it wasn¿t so we couldn¿t stay. Staff couldn¿t give me a refund and said I would be receiving a phone call from management after the New Year holiday (January 2). It¿s January 5th and haven¿t he.

This hotel was quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No hair dryer in my room, called front desk. Never got a hair dryer.

Loud party on 4th floor, fire alarm set off at 10am and no staff anywhere to be found.

It was clean and taken care of

It is overpriced for the area. If we had not been held up because of a traffic jam we would not have stayed there. Then the king bed that we booked was not available. No phone in our room so we had to go to the front desk for anything we needed.

The location was close to my event, and was in a good area for shopping.

The hotel advertised free breakfast, but it was not serving breakfast. The room type I reserved was not available when I showed up.

Indoor pool

Nope! It was a great experience! Staff was friendly and welcoming and it smelt amazing when you walk in the door unlike most hotels!

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also very comfy! The sitting area around the fireplace was a nice place to kick back and socialize or read a book. The staff was very efficient and very friendly.

The only thing missing was the hot tub advertised. We had looked forward to soaking our weary bones in the warm bubbles. Advertising needs to be updated to show that there is no hot tub.

Location off the interstate.

My shoes were sticking to the floor in the bathroom because it was dirty. That is a turnoff. Also when I went to bed, the comforter was so worn there was no stuffing left. It was paper thin. No other blankets. Brrr

I cannot even begin the list of monetary screw ups the front desk made. I still have unauthorized charges pending from them that I've had to go through my bank to file claims on.
