Yes. They lied and said the indoor pool was available, but upon arrival I was told the pool was NOT available. The pool availability was the only reason I booked. And the manager was rude about us having guess in our room for our son's Birthday dinner.

The low price was a get what you pay for, they need new mattresses and wall repairs in common areas, also the overall cleanliness was lacking and the lobby furniture (chairs) were damaged

Bathroom size was nice

My room smelled of cigarette smoke and was told there were no other rooms available. Mold growing on the wall where an outlet was. The lounge chair had very questionable stains on it. A lot of them. The bathroom fan did not work.

When we checked in there was a problem with our card. The front desk staff let us have our rooms then spent at least a half hour on the phone to get it straightened out. After a long day that was greatly appreciated.

The pool was closed due to renovations.

We stay at Holiday Inn Express because we are usually very happy with the service. This Holiday Inn Express was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service! The clerk at the front desk was there upon our arrival and departure as well. He was very friendly and gave us an early check-in as we were going to a wedding.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast food options were great!

This is our second time staying at this hotel in the past year. Our king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. Nice hot shower. Appreciate the mini 'frig. Good breakfast choices (free). Quiet room. Helpful staff. Great price.

Very comfortable king bed. Hot shower & spacious bathroom. Good choices on the free breakfast. Man at front desk helpful. Able to watch football game on tv. Always thankful for lower price. Needed the mini 'frig.

The people next door were a bit loud (may have had small children) so we just set our thermostat fan to "on" rather than "auto" and that covered up any noise.

The room and bathroom need a deep cleaning.

Air conditioners noisy on side they were on, musty smell in bathroom, they ¿fixed ¿ it, drain but it still was a bit smelly

Wasn't as clean in bathroom as it was the previous times we stayed. Housekeeping came in room before checkout time on morning we were scheduled to leave without knocking.

A clean and quiet hotel with nice rooms in a good location. The breakfast was amazing!

We were traveling with time zone differences and we were allowed to check in a little early.

It was odd there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

things took a turn for the worse when the water in my room just stop working and the staff  was kinda rude and not Accommodating 2 days no water and told me it wasn't there fault it was the city but they took my money! ¿¿

Very clean hotel especially during covid pandemic. Hot really good breakfast. Location is very good. Close to everything. Hand sanitizer everywhere.

Most Guest wasn't wearning mask and hotel wasn't enforcing it. I guess that has something to do with new Georgia law.

Bathrooms weren¿t as clean. Hair on door trim and around the shower. Mold on ceiling.
