Location was good

Honesty of the staff. Continual lies and run arounds about our experience at the hotel.

The room was huge and the location near food and activities.

My bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on.

The area between the he bars like where the table thing is where the phone is stunk like human urine so bad you could not lay facing that way. In both ways you had to lay facing the walls. The beds are the worse it's like laying on a small piece of cheap

We went to see our grandson play baseball, it was a perfect location

I wish there was a separate room from the bedroom

In general, the hotel was clean.

Our keys to room 321 didn¿t work. Went down and returned with keys that still didn¿t work. Heard noises coming from inside the room. Called staff who couldn¿t find us on computer so walked down again. Reassigned to room 326. Room 321 was occupied.

Staff were great. Room was very clean to include the beds. Very nice and safe area.

Had to drive up the interstate as all the restaurants closed very early or were not open at all when we arrived at 9pm. Stickers and signs say no housekeeping unless requested however while gone one day housekeeping came in and cleaned up.

Location right off the highway and clean. We stayed down to florida and then we stayed coming back on the way home.

Breakfast was just ok but we also recognize that they had some staff call off work. They were keeping food refilled the best they could. The hotel full booked full so there were lots of people

It had white clean bedding. semi clean room

It was horrible as far as the noise. The room up me sounded like there was a football game going on . I don' know what was going on but I checked in to the Hampton hotel to get a good nights rest and believe me I didnt. It was a stampede going on above me

Location is great. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Our room hadn¿t been cleaned. Sheets were dirty. Floor wasn¿t vacuumed. Hair in bathtub. We switched rooms, but the air conditioner unit didn¿t work in the second room. We didn¿t sleep well because of room temp, and noise from hall.

I bought this room after reading that it was a suite. But was told that they don't have any queen suites at all. My last stay here.

The lady at the front desk was professional

The hotel was a complete mess. Check in was supposed to be at 4. I arrived at 630 amd i am told it will be well after 8pm for check in. Very disaapointed. I followed up with a call on monday to see about a discount on future stay. I was denied.

It's new & looks great

Our room wasn't ready at 6:30 PM when we arrived? The breakfast area floor was sticky with syrup even at night. Breakfast --it could have been really good. Ham slices way over cooked (dried out). Waffle mix was way too thin. It's just poorly managed

Bed bugs, linen filthy, front desk staff's husband tried to attack us as he shouted obscenities at us. I frantically called 911 for police. Husband of staff also help with breakfast.Front desk lady worked desk, prepared breakfast, room issues, etc, alone.

Brand new hotel....it was beautiful. Bedding was amazing I even order the comforter for home.

2 months old, everything is new, staff was great, room was priced right. Put this Inn on your "must do" list if you are traveling up or down I-75. Rating is A+++. WCK Louisville, KY
