Room needs upgraded, peeling wallpaper, broken bathroom mirror. I expect more from Hilton.

rooms and showers were clean

I asked about the pool being dirty and unusable and if maintenence was going to make it usable and was told the person would not be in until Monday to work on it. This was the 4th of July weekend and the pool was filthy. Why was the pool not right?

Clean and friendly staff.

Internet and WiFi was unavailable, which our Canadian relatives required and were depending on for home communication. We were impressed by the staff but the service was substandard for the price paid.

Cleanliness

Bathtub didn¿t hold water, Breakfast area directly across from the room loud at 6am, it¿s a vacation I don¿t want wake up at 6am. Groups in the common area at 3am drinking . Construction in office next to the room. Bad experience all around.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff

Breakfast was mediocre. The Breakfast serving staff was non attentive. The only luggage cart had a broken wheel. The staff response was to "shrug"

Location and staff were great. They went out of their way to help.

The 1st room had a water issue, 2nd smelled like smoke- BUT they did get us a room that was nice and really worked to make us happy. The carpets in the hallways needed a deep cleaning.

Aesthetics. The hotel setting on the hillside amongst the trees was quaint, quiet, and pretty. Hotel staff was very accommodating.

Only one problem with kids making noise late at night and the staff took care of the problem.

Wife suffered fall in stairwell. Staff had no clu how to help us. Luckily, it appears she's alright. Dangerous conditions exist in the stairwell, but all that was said is its up to code Hope nothing comes of it. I expected a lot more from Hampton

The morning breakfast is the only thing I can say. The bananas were rotten and I was in a hurry so I grab a bagel. When I got to where I was going I started to eat the bagel and it had mold on it.

The staff were very helpful and courteous

The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find. The entrance sign was too small.

Hard to find hotel due to road detours. It would have been helpful if we knew ahead of time better direction.

The nearby road construction makes identifying the entrance difficult but once done it will be a breeze

Difficulty finding entrance, but that will soon be resolved with road construction ending.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was very nice. Breakfast was great! A hot breakfast with lots of options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with the toilet in our room , it was looked after right that minute.
