Pool was closed and very poor conditon. Paint on ceiling falling down in chunks every day. Building been hit by cars and cracked looked like building going to come down. No cable at all. Didnt get cable till end of trip must of payed there bill.

The location.

The hotel said it had a continental breakfast on its website, however when we got there they told us that they did not have one due to COVID. Other hotels have a breakfast so this made no sense. The room (especially the bathroom) was rather beat up.

Bad customer service, trashy look , rooms are all smoking

Nothing they were awful they would not allow my daughter to visit me at the hotel. Threatened to call the police on her if she did visit. If we did not check out everyday we were there right at 11am they would call the police. Refused toilet paper.

Everything was awful I dont reccommend this hotel to no one had roaches was not clean staff constantly threatens calling police over any and eveeything . Did not let my family visit the property to see me said hotel did not let you have any visitor

This hotel is also know as red roof inn. As I was checking in I ask about any sort of breakfast and she said no.I then inquired about a pool as the picture shows and nope no pool either.The room reeked of smoke & so I cleaned the filter. BROWN DUST!!!!

My mom paid for room while she was out of town and when I got to hotel they wouldn't let me stay without mom's ID they took the money off her card but we never stayed

Didn't like anything I had nowhere to go and my mom reserved and paid for myself and daughter a place to stay but we never got that

The pool was empty. I get in my swimsuit grab my pool gear. Walk half way around the motel. Pool is dry to the bone. Come on shouldn't I get some kind of discount. What a disappointment for me and my girl.

Comfortable enough, best price in this location. Would stay again.

Mattress needed flipped (or replaced). It was lumpy.

Loved the location. First motel you come to when you exit the freeway. Nice room, bed was good, tv was fine. I liked the little stand showing what station was on each channel number. I liked having the sink outside of the shower/toilet room. Good value

The free breakfast was a joke. They had the bare minimum. We went to McDonalds for breakfast which was across the street.

Room extremely dirty...check out was 11:00 am...staff pounding on door at 10:30am stating in very broken English you need to get out now...

Definitely staff both at check in and and end of stay..room was filthy...trash everywhere in parking lot.

Rooms smell and TE beds were hard and nasty. Dirty wash cloth left in shower.

Its 10 to 15 mins away from my job and the wifi is amazingly fast.

Close to our baseball tournament , decent rooms, great price. Extremely quiet each night,no sketchy people . Very satisfied .

Pool was not available. Could not move in bathroom. Gaps around door big enough to see out of. Carpet was coming up at bathroom and door.

It was spacious

The rooms heater did not work and I had a 4 month old. The flooring was coming up and I got 3 staples in my foot. The toilet handle was broken therefore I couldn't flush the toilet. The front desk didn't speak English. They were rude and mean.

Price. Leaving!

On the advertisement it was indicated that there was breakfast. There wasn't!
