We were left alone pretty much and the staff were nice

The pictures didn't match the room. And I had to pay extra for a non smokeing room because the ac was broken in the non smoking room which I found weird because you'd think you'd get a discount for haveing to switch rooms rather than pay extra.

Nothing was great. Very poorly run and doesn't live up to the advertising.

Poor plumbing and room A/C. Exhaust fans don't work. Plumbing and drainage in showers need to be remodeled.

Roaches in bathroom… tv wasn’t working properly bed comforter & sheets had cigarette holes in them…. The price of the room is terrible

Office smelled bad, room smelled until the air conditioner ran. Lights in the room were very dim, could not see well in bathroom or shower. Rusty fixtures, noisy bathroom exhaust fan with broken Light. Neglected exterior appearance. Breakfast awful

The pricing was main decision.

The room had a heavy mold smell. Breakfast was bare minimum. Clerk cut off my room key an hour early acted like how dare I stay until the true check out time.

The person in the next room was very noisy and kept me awake all night. When I contacteda the front office and asked to be moved, was told they could not move me and that was not their policy. Mind you, the parking lot was almost empty.

Disgusting, floor wasn't swept. Aluminum foil and the cap from a needle in the bathroom. Dark mold in the shower. Linens were dirty. Overall just a disgusting drug den hotel

Convenient.

One (dead) roach on a/c unit. Torn upholstery on chair. Thin towels. Bare bones (i.e., mini-donuts, imitation OJ, warm coffee) 'complimentary breakfast'. Night mgr had both limited English and knowledge of surrounding area (restaurants, etc)

Nothing it was gross.

Almost everything. There was so much dog hair in the floor I had to go get a broom because service also sucked.

It had running water & this hotel has a very large parking lot for you to turn around and find a better place to stay that you won't catch hepatitis.

Filthy room, nothing worked, fridge , microwave, half the lights until husband got new bulbs. Will say it is the nastiest place I've ever stayed. Gave 1 star because I saw no roaches.... BUUT I don't think they would have stayed.

I didn't get a clean room.no trash bags in trashcans .no t paper or towels and nothing was clean bed looked made up but not changed!!!was not the deluxe room w small sofa..it was a plan nasty room..!!!staff did nothing to help me

The staff at this hotel are so rude and racist . They made comments about my skin color being too dirty messing up the sheets. They refused me my deposit because my newborn prematurely born baby threw up on a set

I did not like anything about this hotel . They have dirty bedding, rude staff, humongous cockroaches and online quoted they had a open pool but there pool was filthy with green water and bugs
