- There were lady bugs all over our room, we asked for a vacuum to clean up, never got one. I asked for extra pillows, was told they had a pillow shortage. Bed covers were itchy and stiff.

Unpleasant experience with hotel because regional manager assuming my wife and I was smoking in our room because I stepped off of an elevator that was smelling like weed when I stepped on it

I made reservation for King, since it was over book they gave me a queen, not happy
I liked the location of the hotel.
There was food in the refrigerator and a MAJOR infestation of ladybugs. I have pictures/videos of numerous ladybugs on the walls, ceiling, lamps, window, and floor in my hotel room. The manager NEVER responded to my complaint. REFUND please
The big rooms were great
There were hairs in the bath tub and trash under the beds
Fairley new building. Great staff. Rooms were full of amenities. Very clean. Right off I 75 and near plenty of restaurants.
No wifi and pisspoor beds/pillows. Clerk said she couldnt do anything about internet. I got a horrible night's sleep.
