MainStay Suites Cartersville - Emerson Lake Point

It was all good. Met every expectation: cleanliness, convenience, breakfast was great.

It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. A+

Location was good for us.

Smoke filled hallways every time we entered or exited our room. I also told her we wouldn't be staying the last night and she said she couldn't talk it off our bill. Sad thing is we have 2 more weekends booked for the same place.....

I love the entired stay at the MainStay Inn. My room was ready on time with nice cleaned sheets and the temperature in the room was perfect! Breakfast the next AM was delicious. The front desk staff was superb along with the others. Great hotel.

We were traveling late at night and decided to stop. Made a quick choice to stay at this hotel....a little leary as we hadn't heard of "MainStay" before. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room is an extended stay which included a kitchen.

Great location for Lakepoint baseball.

The bathroom floor was very dirty and full of hairs. The worst bathroom cleaning that I have seen in years. Also, lots of noise from 3rd floor rooms in the morning. But maybe the whole floor was doing Riverdance.

Felt that they were under staffed for the amount of business they had.

Breakfast was rated as amazing, but it was your average hotel breakfast.

Location is great ~

Elevator shook violently when going to 2nd/3rd floor, Room 206 riddled with mildew and smell of mildew, mattress was VERY stained, lamp shades covered in dust/mildew, and exhaust fan in bathroom doesn't work.

This hotel was very clean and roomy and smelled good, was nice and cool. The staff was polite. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back

There absolutely nothing negative to say.

Room was large and comfortable.

Commode was very, very low. The room needed minor repairs that would take very little time to fix.

Breakfast set up was nice and felt like there was plenty of food/drink

Lots of grubby hand prints on some items in the room - curtains, desk, TV. Due to remodeling the outside, there was a lot of soot throughout the room. A few chairs had some very noticeable damage. Bathroom toilet could of been a cleaner (still fecal stain on outside of bowl from previous tenant).

Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Hotel was quiet but there was some construction going on at the opposite end of the hotel

Free breakfast wasn’t good.
