Attentive staff and clean rooms. Easy check in and nice breakfast bar, We have stayed here often.

Heat/A-C didn?t work, evidently a smoking room, room faced interstate and considerable traffic noise all night

Room old and had an odor. The pictures were good but nothing like the room. The staff is rude and disrespectful.

There is not a lot to really like about this hotel. The price was low. But you get what you pay for. It could be worse than I expected after checking in, but it wasn't worse than I expected. So that is the best thing I liked.

Front desk was closed. Checked in at a window next to the front desk. Clerk took my driver's license and credit card and disappeared. Was told the extreme delay in checking in was training someone. Wanted two key cards, but didn't want to wait any longer

It was ok. Not allowed to go to front desk after 11. They had a window only and just made it seem unsafe. Elevator worked. Breakfast was good

Room was old, but relatively clean. Toilet did not flush - this was my reason for poor rating. Had to take off lid and pull up chain to flush

The location was convenient for us. They had good complimentary breakfast.

Room service crew did not seem to understand my directions. Asked them to wait 10 minutes for us to leave the room and they ended up not doing our room. Also, there was a party with loud music on 1 of our 3 nights.

Comfortable mattresses. Soft linens. Very clean.

Delay in checking out (front desk also working breakfast cafe)

Very inflexible on early check in (trying to avoid late night check in & paperwork was denied) We didn't want to access room just obtain room key .

Not a lot and I will explain - the hotel was satisfactory but there were other things that happened that causes me to feel this way.

This is not a family friendly hotel. The staff was constantly making comments to me regarding my children from being noisy, in the room to when we were eating breakfast. We actually were stopped outside the room and ask about a room door.

Every night after 14-16 hour days our keycards had to be taken to front desk to be remagnified. Receptionist informed us that cell phones will remove magnetism. We informed her that each morning they were placed in our glovebox for the day with nothing

Not much. It was just a no-frills, average, older hotel.

No ports to plug phone in. I forgot to bring the wall plug in. The bed hurt my back. Noisy road so had to leave ac running full blast to sleep.

Easy to get to, close to several restaurants

Room was not cleaned. Found a prior occupant's glasses, a prescription pill on the floor and the tiled area of the room was gritty with loose dirt.

Left ear rings in room called and they said they would hold tell next week as we return.

Location

Poor customer service especially the morning staff during breakfast. We mention about the quality of waffle but staff did not make an effort to check the batter might be expired, no empathy at all. I feel like the guests are not welcome at all.

Nothing.I was turned away upon my arrival due to me having a 100% legit registered support animal with all the proper documentation along with the registration card with his photo.

The staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I am currently fighting charges of $--- for a room that I was refused. Not a happy customer at all!

The room was not properly cleaned. There was trash on the floor from the previous guest. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor furthest from the elevator. As I walked down to my room I noticed that all the rooms I was passing were empty.

Easy to check in, convenient location

Some breakfast items were in the storage fridge but not available for us customers.

There was no room service, no one came to clean the room during our stay
