Location was good for event we needed the room for

Did not stock room well. Had to go to office twice for towels Microwave in the room cought on fire when using. Staff did get a new Microwave quickly for us to use.

Breakfast area not to my standards, food not good, most bought items in bags (mushy)

NOTHING- have pictures but no way to add them on here!! PEOPLE BE SMART NEVER STAY HERE. If it had not been paid for already we would have been gone in a flash

It was by far one of the nastiest places we have ever stayed. Trash everywhere, beer cans laying all over parking lot and grounds boxes of beer bottles sitting on sidewalk by stairs !!! Very loud people yelling at each other all night in front of room

Our room was Superior¿ all new updates! A professional was certainly involved! Colors were well coordinated¿ carpet, bedding, furniture,(lounger -a plus). Actually one of the cleanest, most updated rooms we¿ve stayed in!!! Highly recommend!!!

It was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip

We did arrive prior to checking time hoping room would be available. Room was not cleaned and it was not a handicapped room as booked. It was ground level but with no safety bars in bathroom. They do not have handicapped rooms. No working ice machines.

It was so clean ad my bed wa made each day! New towels each day! The Ouse keeper even organized my make up and stuff on the bathroom counter! This was sooooo nice!

Paid in advance got there and computer didn't work. It was so hot in lobby I was sweating. I was in lobby quite awhile rang doorbell, yelled out hello ,they were in the back eating.creamer was spoiled. I ask if I could have a key due to my disabled daught

Front desk staff unorganized and rude. Asked to comeback in 30 min and then 2 hours! Toothless clerk agonized for15 min over computer screen then finally had me initial a half printed receipt.

This is a drug motel. It is nothing like the pictures. We were ate up by mosquitos while we slept. There were roaches crawling on the counters condoms in the parking lot. Meth heads partying all night. They charged me twice so I couldn¿t go elsewhere.

The tub was disgusting. The lamps were very much filled with dust. House keeping removed soiled towels and rags and did not replace them with clean ones. And when called about the bathroom it took them 1 hour and 45 mins to come. The rags we had to go ge

TNighest problem is the noise in rooms beside it above us.he time involved inserting it up was long. The room had noise above it for hours.

I reserved a non smoking room and got a smoking room. It was worse than foul. It was too late to change hotels. The place was awful.

All of it was terrible.

The manager was very courteous and helpful. He also had restaurant suggestions.

One morning, the desk clerk packed up the breakfast early, because she was off work at 9:00.

It stunk like an animal and I am allergic and had a small baby. I would have never stayed here had I known it was going to be so awful. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the door was locked when we got there so it had probably never been cleaned
