Staff was good, hotel overall was nice

The Guide for the TV was not in sync, so I was unable to choose what to watch. Took quite a while to get the TV to even turn on. I went out the side door to load my car at 6 AM, and my card did not work to get back in. Breakfast was not very good.

Convenient ..met my needs .. bed breakfast .. small adequate gym .. nice lobby

Floors a bit thin for a light sleeper.. would request top floor next time..

Very nice place

TV would not work. Front desk lady didn?t know how to fix it and couldn?t move us to another room. She knew nothing about the TVs. Soap containers in room were squeezed type attached To wall. They were so stiff couldn't squeeze. Lobby extremely cold.

Quiet location away from highway

The floors in the room were dirty. Need better cleaning. There was hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. Almost appeared to not have been clean. Lack of microwave in room.

Very clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast food.

The hand soap in the dispenser was too hard to squeeze especially for my elderly mother

Cleanliness, off the beaten path and still near the freeway, pet friendly. This was our 2nd stay and placed as our Go To for our stay on the way to Florida

Not a deal breaker at all, but there were a group of kids staying at hotel that were running up and down the hall. The door could have been sealed better to eliminate some noise. Luckily they were not up too late.

Cleanliness

The most pressing issue arose when we were locked out of our room for the night unable to access essential items, including prescription medication for an elderly parent.

Location was excellent (close enough to restaurants and shopping but not right in town). Room and Hotel was very clean.

One of the mattresses was sagging pretty bad.

Clean & comfortable!

We prefer coffee in the room in the morning. Pillow could be better: too small & flat.

Location was perfect for our tournament at Lake Point. Has the feel of a college dorm, which is fine for what we were there for.

Rooms should have a microwave. There's one in the lobby, but it's difficult to work & it's inconvenient to have to leave the room to warm something up.

Location and closeness to Restaurants.

No microwave to reheat food, but there is a fridge. No in room coffee.

Clean, modern rooms. Right off the highway but backs up to a park so you don¿t hear traffic from the hotel.

Very clean, super nice staff, good breakfast, nice gym, great pool area, pool table in the lobby. The location is so great. Right near the freeway but no where near close enough to hear anything. Super close to grocery and tons of restaurants.

Breakfast ends kind of early at 9am and there¿s no microwave in the room. The cable has tons of channels but it¿s really weird to navigate the ¿Hilton¿ program to watch tv.

Clean. Amenities nice. Breakfast good. Would stay here again.

It was clean. Staff was kind and helpful, but terribly understaffed. There were not towels in our room. When I called the front desk they apologized but said I would have to come to the front to get towels because no one was available to deliver them.

The room is absolute basic. No chest-of-drawers. No Closet. It was clean but there is only a bed, a SMALL desk, TV and bathroom.

I like the price, that included a good breakfast. The accommodations were perfect for us, very clean. I love that there was no carpet in the room, just felt cleaner. For the cherry on top of it all, was the friendly, courteous staff!

Not a thing that we didn¿t like!

Clean and a nice hot breakfast. Staff was accomdating

I required a handicap room but the shower was not wheelchair friendly and the bed was too high. It was difficult to climb up on that high of a mattress.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Room was phenomenal. Breakfast was excellent.
