Location and kindness

It was a bit rundown and towels you could see the stains even though they were clean

Absolutely NOTHING!! DO NOT stay here! Loud,homeless people,drug addicts and nothing is clean.pool hasn’t been useable for very long time, when it gets warm out it will probably smell horrible.

Our towels were used&dirty, our sheets&blankets were used dirty along with burn marks&ashes in the sheets,chairs so dirty&stained you don’t dare sit in them.Homeless&drug addicts walking around. Very loud with bar behind, you will not be able to sleep.

The night manager. Walked the grounds to assure all was well. Very kind man.

The employees are nice and quick about getting you your room. Anwers all question

Staff was helpful & friendly.

Room was filthy & smelled so strongly of smoke that my clothes smelled of it the next 2 days. Sheets had obviously not been washed - debris, hair, & splotches. Floors were filthy - I could not walk barefoot without junk getting stuck to my feet.

Pool,location

online i,paid $--- decided to extend our stay online at rate of %50. Informed office they ask me to pay in office charged me 84.?? I said id do online ,was told I'd have to leave at 11am and return at 2pm. That's not extending . Got no house keeping

3 day stay and I asked not to be disturbed and I wasn't. Asked for them to clean my room and they did while I was out.

I did see one roach

The room was in excellent and most importantly well updated. Usually for the price I paid you get outdated motel at best. Not the case here. Also loved that motel was non-smoking. Location excellent

No continental breakfast, only stale coffee. The desk staff were ok but kept the front door locked and I had to knock to get in, even in the morning. As I said room was clean, except fir stained bedspreads.

The location was good. Convienent toô. The resturants. The last stay we were there the staff was very nice friendly. Pool was open. Had no problem. The rooms this time looked clean on the surface and housekeeping was ver polite.

On 3rd day I was sick. Housekeeping sent to tell us we had to pay cash for that day. We couldn¿t rent room Thru app again. If we did so we would have to check out & back in @3. When calling front , they asked 2x the amt. I said no and reserved the i

Hotel staff very friendly, helpful

TV did not work, router issues apparently. Hotel looked very old school...single floor, odd location off the interstate, drab appearance, pool water was green, cigarette buckets outside of rooms smelled. A lower room price would have told the story better

Room had been remodelled.

No restaurant, coffee machine, wifi (unless you go stand at the office.)In the morning no breakfast, only decaf coffee with powdered creamer at the office and NO HOT WATER. Remodelled room had a dirty chair and dirty towels. Varying ads. No indoor pool.

Not and wasn't ready for me and my guest.. I had to to wait 30 minutes until they could clean up the room and put sheets and a blanket on the bed... Not satisfied at all

They accept pets for an additional fee which if fine.

I did not consider the room adequate. Only 1 Electrical outlet close to either bed. No USB adapters. There was a section of the wall 2 x 3 feet that had been cut out and replaced poorly. The room had a musty smell and really needed to be updated.

The location was the best thing about the hotel.

The bathroom was not clean. We had to clean the bathtub before use. There was food/crumbs in and around the microwave. There was a musty/moldy smell in room and the carpet was very wet. We had to wear shoes to walk. Disappointed the pool was not open.

Top of remote was broken so batteries kept coming out, linens were not very clean and stains could be seen, polyester sheets. I have no idea what this hotel has such a high star rating

Very clean room, outstanding comfortable bed, friendly front desk, decent price, great little place for a traveler's short stay.

Location, price.

The room was cold and the heat took a long time to warm the room up. There was no separate heat or vent in the bathroom. The continental breakfast advertised did not exist, with no explanation or apology--just someone hollering from the back of the lobby.

With the room we got there was a leak so with out much trouble they moved our room and fixed the other room all while we was there. I was very impressed.

It was clean and easy to access. There are plenty of restaurants at this exit

It was obvious that someone had smoked in the room previous to my stay.

nicely renovated space and comfortable beds very very nice and helpful staff very convenient location

no lights but ceiling lights --no table or bedside lamps too spartan and desk chair was inadequate--too easy to tip back bathtub too shallow to get out of even with grab bars--needs new tub
