The pool area is really well maintained and clean. This is our third time staying here with kids and we love it. The fitness room is great with modern equipment. The parking is super convenient and the whole hotel feels clean, new and safe.

My only advice: The coffee at the Towneplace chain is way too weak. They need to do a total revamp of their brewed coffee to a dark roast or just a more robust option. It’s like water. Not just this hotel, it’s the whole chain.

The hotel is new and meticulously clean. The employees were extremely friendly and our experience was so positive we stayed two times on our way to and from on our road trip. The workout room is the best I have ever seen and the pool was great.

I am really stretching to find a negative, but for me it was the coffee. I still drank it, but it’s pretty bad coffee. It’s free, so I am again having to stretch to find a problem.

It has a fully functional kitchen (regular sized fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, stove, cook ware, silver ware, utensils, dishes, etc.)

I liked everything about it & hope to stay at another in the near future

The facility was clean, bright, spacious, and inviting! I will be looking for TownPlace Suites when I travel in the future!

The bed was a little too firm, but that's just me.

The location was great. I like the availability of a kitchenette also. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent!

Was only there for a night so couldn't really find anything I did not like.

The pictures depicted a separate couch/ area in the suite, however, in actuality there was no separate area and the couch was very close to the King Size bed making it difficult to navigate overnight!

We did not plan on stopping on our long drive to FL. Our 3yr old son got car sick so we had to..It was 10:30pm..the young lady at reception was wonderful! She was so efficient! When we got in she quickly got us checked in and I asked for extra pillows and blankets! Even though there was some in the room, she still brought me more to the room!I also called bc i couldn't log into wifi! The receptionist came right up to help me! She seemed very shy and quiet but again efficient and helpful!!!! The room was beautiful by the way! It had a kitchenette! It was set up great! We could had stayed for a month!!! Dishwasher, utensils, cups, strainer, bowls, plates! The rate we payed was well under the worth! Maybe the location reflected the rate...it was so clean also! Huge bathroom! Fully loaded! Big shampoo and conditioner dispenser! And good quality!!! We will always make the stop to stay here anytime we travel to Florida! Also check out is 12 !??? Wow thats almost unheard of!!! I wish we could had stayed to 12!!! Breakfast was good!! It was also included in rate!!!2 waffle makers, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt...milk juice! Great value! Great staff! There were 3 lady bugs on the window! Thats it! Everything else was wonderful and the lady bugs didn't make us think any less since everything else was great!

Very impressed with the property - the room was very good, the Staff friendly & helpful, and it offered one of the highest quality breakfasts I ever had at a hotel.

It is a great location close to everything. The room was clean and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This was the most modern, beautiful and cleanest hotel we have ever found to stay at during the past 20 years traveling between Southwest Florida and Northern Ohio. You had everything you could possibly need. Good size refrigerator with freezer, countertop stove, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, dishwashing pods and liquid soap. Scrub mommy, misc. pans, etc. Bath has spa like shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted in the shower. This will DEFINITELY be our go to stop in the future.

There is nothing we did not like.

The entire facility was spotless and the room we stayed in had everything! The walk-in shower was AMAZING and the bed was extremely comfortable. Added bonus was the included breakfast which I usually don't indulge, but I couldn't resist this time. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was tasty. Lots of options. Clean room with lots of amenities. Easy to get to with restaurants close by

They charged us for 2 nights. We only booked for one night and only stayed for one night. They also charged us for WiFi. We didn’t use.

The mattress is on a board and not comfortable. Stains on our pullout sofa and some hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good!

Very clean hotel from lobby to rooms. The staff all were friendly from the desk people to the morning breakfast servers.
