I loved that it was well-lit, clean and provided a good breakfast.

It would have been an excellent stay if not for receptionist double-booking me. Night auditor called me at 6 am just to ask if I had two rooms. I did not sleep well to begin with, and the early call was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The room design was really nice - spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was also nice.

Both comforters had nasty looking stains on them when we arrived. I found pieces of food on the room floor when we came in. The room coffee maker did not work. The air conditioner was not very efficient for the room size.

The room is very spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The TV was so small (24¿? 27¿?) that they placed an oversize chair directly in front of it so you could watch TV. Because there¿s no way anyone even with good eyesight could see the TV from the sofa or bed. ONE TINY TV in a giant room/suite.Ridiculous.

The location is great, not a lot of traffic going by the parking lot. It is easy to find and right off the highway. The staff is very friendly and pleasant and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Yes, the refrigerator was so loud that we could not sleep until my husband got up during the night and unplugged it.

Our suite was spacious and most staff members were very nice, except for hotel employee who became vary snippy with me for requesting a top latch/door stopper. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning!

Room was not as clean as we found hair in various places. Also, we didnt feel as safe as we were missing our top latch/door stopper. We placed heavy luggage at the door when we went to bed.

Everything was very clean. Door had a safety sticker that needed to be broken when entering, the remote was in a cardboard and everything else in the room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was good, as well.

There was not one thing I could say that was not to our liking.Overall very good. Would stay there again if traveling down south.

We were running late and trying to contact the hotel was a nightmare. Went through several different phone numbers and when I finally got the right number no one answered the first couple of times. The phone just rang and rang.....

Hotel room and bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast exceeded expectations.

The staff was sub par at check in. They told us they would call us when our room was ready then they never did. Staff was not friendly during our stay.
