Pros +
- I was very impressed with the facility and the value for the money
- Very friendly, helpful girl who worked night shift when we checked in. Very nice lady who worked the breakfast buffet. Clean room with comfortable bed and great shower.
- Jennifer the lady that sets up breakfast was nice and professional
Cons -
- Absolutely no complaints
- We had an issue with our Booking reservation but was able to quickly resolve thanks to Booking agent and night staff.
- Front desk staff was rude!!! The room had roaches. The housekeepers acted like they was scared to give us to many towels or wash cloths after we told them we had three adults. The hallways had a weird musty smell. The pool didn’t have any water just green slime in it
