Douglas Inn & Suites, Blue Ridge, GA

The suites are like a small apartment with full size appliances. The staff is very friendly and the rate was excellent for the room size.

This is small older inn, but it is super clean. Staff is super friendly.

While this isn't a fancy hotel it is one I will stay at again.

There is nothing I liked about this roach MOTEL not Hotel

The moment my my son and I walked in We saw a roach and another bug in the room he had to kill. He said mom let¿s go home. But because he had a baseball game the next morning we were stuck there. No other place to stay at. So UNCOMFORTABLE, NO SLEEP.

Closeness to Blue Ridge and downtown shopping Quiet. Barely anyone there.

Breakfast minimal. We asked for a clean bedspread. Just minimal for the price.

The location is literally the only thing nice about this hotel.

This hotel supposedly had good reviews they were all lies, this hotel was a dump. So outdated the furniture had stains all over them there was toilet paper in between the ceiling fan and the ceiling, refrigerator was rusted and stains all over the walls.

Closeness to central town of Blue Ridge, GA

AC was almost useless. Lights in vanity area blinked on and off. Service took towels and bathmat, but didn¿t replace (fortunately had extra). Fan in toilet/tub area did not work. Breakfast coffee maker had to be held together to get it to work.

Nothing positive to report. One of the worst motels I¿ve stayed in in years.

Owner was verbally abusive and tried to not honor our reservation. Coffee machine did not work. Tv did not work. Room furniture damaged. Mold on walls. 0/10, do not recommend.

Tv did not work and staff could not fix it. Room was dirty. Building was old and dirty. Did not meet the rating advertised. I feel I should get some kind of refund.

Paint job is the worst. Paint on ceiling, curtains, light switches, baseboard and just un fonished in areas. Hair found in bed. Beds wrapped in plastic covers and very firm.

Location was the only good thing.

We found bedbugs in one of the beds. Enough said! We didn¿t stay the second night and couldn¿t get a refund.

The bed was very uncomfortable, cheaply made mattress that left me sore and achy throughout the night. This could be a nice place if some investment were made in comfortable bedding.

The owner was extremely nice and accommodating... the room was very clean and smelled great! would definitely return to this location if in the area again!

Perfect location, easy access to all attractions and main roads.

There is nothing negative to say about the Douglas Inn. A very nice "ma & pa" motel.

Good location and an efficient staff. Very convenient check in and check out.

The staff did not wear masks nor were the guests asked to.

Location is great

This motel is dated and dirty. We stayed because everywhere was sold out. We checked in and the man in the office said he didnt know how to check us end. We had to wait 15 mins and a lady to come from another motel this man owns. The owner is rude & nasty

Scary looking area. Looked like maybe people lived there. Two men out side of office. Looked sketchy. We would not stay there.

Quiet, clean, everything in working order in the room.

No there was nothing we did not like. It met all our expectations.

Location right next to restaurants and Downtown Blue Ridge. Not a swanky place but clean and nice and affordable.
