Reid Ridge Lodge

The room was in desperate need of a maintenance person. Fridge did not work, climate control knob gone, sink faucet knob came off, bad smell in room. There was one other thing, but can't remember, there were so.many.

It was a good quiet location

Nasty !!!!! Stains on furniture wet Hair in jacuzzi (didn’t use it at all) Black mold on shower head Broken ac cover just very nasty

Beds were terrible, A/C did not work, tub drained very slowly

Toilet handle is not attached!! ! Fell off repeatedly! Needs repair! Mattress needs replacing not supportive! Had to wait over five min to even be greeted at front desk.

The cockroaches crawling all over the room. I have the photos to prove it!!! Showed them to the staff.

Loved the cabin feel, small, quaint. Enjoyed getting a light breakfast and coffee without having to drive to town. Staff/owner were incredibly hospitable and so very friendly. Hoping the fire pit will be open next time we visit because it looked fun!

The hotel was conveniently located to everything.

Charming “mountain” decor. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Close to everything.

Light in bathroom was poor. No iron. Only ironing board. Mattress cover underneath the fitted bottom sheet had trash on it. Needed more electrical outlets when they remodeled. Just little things. Overall was ok.

Easy access and in the middle of everything. Convenient parking.

NO ELEVATOR. This could have been a disaster for someone with a wheel chair. We did not know this. After we discovered there was not an elevator we requested a first floor room, there were none available. They did have someone assist us with luggage.

My total payment after booking for king non smoking room is $----but after I left the hotel on time,the hotel charged or stole me $89.60 extra charge.I am asking the hotel for reimbursement but I haven’t gotten it yet.That’s not fair that’s steal

The manager is stealing customers by charging extra money after the booking’s charge and that’s not fair.

The location was great and the room was decorated very nicely! You can tell they have put a lot of work into remodeling the hotel to make it look like an authentic mountain lodge! No musty smells or anything like that.

This is an older hotel that they have worked hard to remodel and make nice. There are still some upgrades that could be done in the bathrooms as far as shower and also the heat/air unit is old but still worked good. The bed was hard but thats just me.

Loved the rustic details in this hotel. Great location and very friendly staff! I would recommend it to family and friends!!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff very nice. Did have breakfast and free parking and internet. Would come back.

We did have a baby but a crib was not available at this time.

It was clean and grounds were kept up.

VERY noisy. Interior exit door slammed all day/night every time someone used it shaking the walls constantly. Heard snoring on one side and a TV on other as plain as no walls at all. Lobby is a joke during breakfast, very cramped w/ more than 6 folks.
