The access was easy and the room was neat and clean.

Breakfast did not start until 7:00 a.m. There were only three washcloths and towels. With two people in the room, morning and evening showers, we did not have enough towels and washcloths

The room and bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable. The fitness room was nice too. Staff was friendly. Best motel experience I¿ve had in awhile!

Less than 5 miles from where I needed to be.

One minute the pool was open and then it was closed the next day.. And it was a weekend.

This place was flawless! I was so pleased to see the sheets, realm of toilet, bottom of toilet & tub were all pristine’ My God the staff was just so friendly & professional. Thank you Guys! 🙏

No I literally liked everything

The breakfast selection was amazing. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

I had trouble checking in and when I did she didn’t explain anything about when breakfast was, what the WiFi password was, where elevators were located, what room we were in, etc.

Free breakfast is one of the best I've had ever! Super nice personnel and easy-to-get-anywhere location.

I was expecting a room safe, like in most hotels. Also the TV was new, but the system seemed outdated. (No guide and signal sometimes went away.)

My room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice and quiet

The reception on local channels: CBS, NBC, and FOX was poor. Wanted to listen to the new but too much interference in the reception

The front office guest was amazing. She was very friendly and was very prompt with getting me in my room.

My hotel sheets had dried blood stains on the cover. I did not know what type of blood it was but it was really gross. I didnt have cover to sleep on.

This hotel was close to Fort Gordon.

I did not have a vehicle and this hotel was not close to any restaurants or other places of interest. And there are no sidewalks surrounding the location, so I walked in the street. No airport shuttle, either.

I liked how clean the hotel was

I did not like that I was not told about the incidentals  fee they charge per day. I felt that it was shady to not say anything about it. When I called and asked them about it when I saw the bank activity, they did not seem to have any good answer

and usually the hotel itself. However something transpired either management OR standard with clean up cree. I had two different rooms that were pretty on tye outside but filthy underneath. From towels, sheets possibly not changed,toliet dirty. Very disap

Nothing. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times because the door key reader didn't work. The attendant couldn't fix the problem either. They had to relocate me to another room at 2.00 in the morning. I didn't get any compensation for all

Fast and easy check in Very clean and comfortable

room was good. They placed me on the side of the interstate and from 3:00 AM on sleeping was not an option.

Bathroom floor VERY slippery and presented an extreme safety hazard Pool WAY too cold Ice Machine on 2nd floor worked intermittently One desk clerk entered incorrect credit card info and created an issue Room key would hot open door on 2nd day of stay

How nice housekeeping was and how clean, the pool and the front desk staff.

The Television no cable only 30 channels and 20 of them are sports channels. Housekeeping supervisor was very rude the housekeeper was cleaning our room and she rushed her to finish and she didn’t even get everything done. I expected her to help her.

This hotel is always clean and has the best customer service. This hotel is awesome i stay here everytime i can get a deal.

Only one person was working so i had to wait to bw checked in.

Very clean compared to the other surrounding hotels.

Was upset that I was awaken by housekeeping at 8:30 and when me and my husband took a minute to respond. She just walked in the room and said I will come back later.
