The front desk personnel was very rude and disrespectful, he stereotyped me, and offend me highly. Had I not been sleepy and didn’t live so far away I would’ve left at check. No response from management and still no refund for my deposit

Everything. Front desk staff was rude. Refused to abide by ADA laws regarding service dog, AC frozen in one room, toilet clogged in the other. Staff didn't unclog it, gave my husband the plunger, said it is a kitchenette... just a sink and microwave.

Bathroom could have been more updated & elevator making some noises.

The room was a decent size.

Had to go down to get bedding for the sofa bed. Not enough towels in the room. Coffee tasted like dirt water. Could not get the TV to work. Staff never came to help with the TV. It was not fun getting ready in the morning with 5 kids and no tv. Expensive.

The room was amazingly clean and modern.

The breakfast was not good. Someone called out on their shift and it caused stress and aggravation for the staff member running the breakfast buffet.

The staff was great, breakfast was yummy, and they were a great! All around great experience

Only issue was the floor was wet around the AC unit which they said was from the unit itself.

Price and location.

Having to wait for rooms to be clean because of lack of staff.

Hotel employee is always so accommodating and beyond sweet supersedes our expectations every time. We stay he quite a bit they all know us by name. Hotel employee is amazing super friendly and the breakfast is always good.

Some night shift employees needs to be trained on the way he speaks to people and handles things.

Key card continually failed to work expressed this concern to front desk . a number of times . i was told that room door has an issue , you have to put it in and out a number of times for it to work.this was a terrible inconvenience !

Location. Hot breakfast.

Dirty washcloth left in bathroom. Beard trimmings still in sink. Mostly clean overall though.

The bedding definitely matches the name, COMFORT. Being able to get great sleep for a temporary stay is so nice.

There was a item missed although the room was cleaned, if there could be a complete walk through in detail checking corners and sides of furniture it will help ensure nothing is missed no crumb or items.

Breakfast was the best part. Lots of variety and area was clean

The carpet was so dirty. TV and phone did not work. Hair everywhere. Toilet was not cleaned. Called the front desk and she switched us. Did not have toothpaste to purchase in their Sundry.

The room was big enough.

Not enough space to explain the terrible experience. Short version, generally unclean, smelled of either heavy cleaning products or marijuana, sheets were dirty, poor water pressure. Positives- staff was very nice

Friendly staff, clean room, located near everything we needed. This hotel was a plus, plus!

Very large room, nice location.

Quite damp in the room, possible small amounts of mildew due to the humidity.

The manager apologized about my bad experience. I felt that her apology was genuine.

This hotel had roaches and the housekeeping staff knocked on my door TWICE (3 hours prior to check-out) to remind me to check-out.

The pullout bed and the couch with the pull out bed was dirty and had stains.

The knowledgeable and friendly staff, the extremely clean room, and good breakfast options.

There was early morning construction outside our window that was very loud. The T.V. was too quiet to hear and the elevator was kind of scary.
