Bedding was dingy, holes in blanket, pillow cases, roaches, bathroom fixtures were dirty, rusted, Continental Breakfast was a joke. Coffee, apples
The motel staff refused to give me the room. Would not give me a room after calling to confirm I would be arriving late. Late night staff is very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone staying here at this motel.
I booked a smoking room and when I got there they said they didn't have any smoking rooms available and they charged me an additional deposit cash only but they did not mention any of that on the site also the host at the desk was very very careless

The beds, the beds, the beds. Springs were broken and unsupported on the box spring. Pillows were hard and flat. Could not sleep all night. Drove home mad and tired.
ALL THE ABOVE. Room dirty, afraid to leave the room, breakfast not serve as promised, old furniture, parts missing, linens like sandpaper, people hanging around outside of door nonsmoking room as requested, holes in door and walls, glad to leave! Too late
Terrible customer service. Staff is completely disorganized. They leave the front counter for significant amounts of time with no way to grab anyones attention so you're just left there waiting.
