- It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area.
- The staff is excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant are exceptional. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. I would never stay anywhere else in Augusta . I feel safe taking my dogs out to walk etc. It is a beautiful historic hotel.
Cons -
- I never received a receipt at check out. I specifically asked and they said they would mail it to me. I called later that same day and left a message and still have not gotten the receipt.
- The hotel cleaning service did not fully clean nor did they replace toilet paper etc .
- Nope, I like everything
