The price Size of the room

Motel is old little run down. The price is right for what you get.

Not clean, doors don't lock, found a cockroach, water pressure was far too high

The beds were extremely comfortable.

The shower certain rod was falling off the wall and i seen a couple of bugs and i was told at the desk if i needed anything to dial 0 on the phone but there was no phone in the room so Had to walk to office which wasn't bad be cause it wasn't far.

The staff is by far (and I travel for life)the most kindest easy going down to earth even the owner of this place. I CAN NOT say enough good about every staff member I encountered. Inall my hotel stays from 1-5 stars 365 days a year the best people.

A crying shame the best people ever, however bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs! One crawled under my legging and ate at me till I figured it out and I hate that for the good people who own and work here they don't deserve it I've never known better.

It was in the same area of town that my friends live in, so it was convenient to visit them.

The sink was dirty. There were people walking and talking outside the room at all hours. I was traveling alone and the setting made me feel a little uncomfortable about my safety.

The staff was very nice and eager to assist with restocking breakfast foods, extra towels, etc. Surprisingly for an older building, the room had significant upgrades such as brand new tub/shower, toilet, sink, and vanity area.

Exterior of hotel was old/outdated. Not much to complain about... :)

It was so dirty. I would never recommend this place. I would sleep on the street before I stayed at this place again.

hotel was not worth $---- per night also they did not honor the 10% discount coupon that you had e-mailed to ny account

The remote was broken and they didn't have much for breakfast

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Spa tub very relaxing and allowed me to reset.

The loitering at certain hours of the day

Where to begin...we stayed at this hotel once before about 8 years ago. I checked the reviews and pictures and was like ok they've updated things. This was not the case the jacuzzi tub was filthy and had some kind of stick on cover on the bottom. The walls were dirty, when we pulled the sheets back there were cheeto colored fingerprints on one side. The thin blanket on the bed had several cuts or tears in it and the pillows were so thin and flat. The people next door who seemed to live there started playing their music loud af at 7 am both mornings. We ended up going to Walmart and bought some bleach, lysol, pillows and sheets. I didn't complain to anybody because my booking was nonrefundable but had I seen current photos and conditions I would have booked elsewhere. Respectfully.

Nothing there was no safety lock on the door and the holes in the curtain this place is very bad

This place was dirty the bathroom behind the door was trash and was not sweep. The tub was not clean. Picked this hotel for the jacuzzi and it was not what the picture showed on line.

Burn marks on bathtub, needed new toilet seat.

Location and price were great. Staff was helpful and accomodating. New sheets and obvious improvements/upgrades under new management.

Unprofessional, dirty roach motel

The first room the tv did not work. Was moved to another room where the sheets were dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom door was broke and there was a hole in the wall where the housekeeper pushed the fridge in front of. I left the room to go to the store only to come back to roaches in my food. I rarely slept in the room.
