- Location I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. One of my favorites in Augusta. However this stay was a disaster. Common area were filthy.

- It was shabby in places. The carpet had tears, the button for the elevator was broken, the door was held open with zip ties
- For a Hyatt Hotel, service was horrible. Broken drywall in the room, broken shower faucet, carpets needed a serious deep cleaning.
