The room was very clean, bed comfortable with the exception of small pillows. The shower pressure was outstanding.

My room was changed without my knowledge, I had to go down to the front desk for linen that should have been in the room

The location was in the back off the main street somewhat hard to find

The stay was bad at this hotel. If I hadn¿t paid my money already, I would¿ve definitely left. They didn¿t have bath cloths and towels in our room. I asked the front desk for some and they told me It would be later that evening before they had any to give

The room had some trash still on the floor. The toilet paper had been used by someone else. The microwave was dirty. We had to buy something to clean the shower ourselves. Terrible stay. It was my wife¿s birthday weekend and we hated it.

The breakfast was good the front desk at night and morning were very friendly

It was dirty- I took pictures and the overall hotel could use a deep clean - spider webs and bugs in light fixtures - sticky tables in room -sticky carpet in room - food stains and dirtiness in lobby - I can provide pictures if needed -I was not HAPPY

The staff was excellent, friendly, courteous, and very attentive.

The hotel was fine, but I did not like the surroundings in the area. The area made me a little uncomfortable, but otherwise the hotel was safe.

Room was unclean, dirty, and wet due to thermostat being off. It snelled of moisture.

They had elevator problems while I was there but did get it fixed. Still a little slow.

Hotel was clean and the outside pool area is amazing.

The location is not good. Great hotel nestled between low-income hotels. Can not walk at night to local restaurants as lots of homeless and low-income hotel guests wander around.

We have been staying at Hampton Inn in Augusta due to father having cancer appointments. We feel safe and secure with inside rooms. We also enjoy the breakfast choices.

I booked a 2-queen mobility hearing accessible tub non-smoking. However, I received a 2-queen beds room. Also one of the beds did not have a flat sheet. I had to go to desk to get a sheet.

Excellent breakfast bar: apples, bananas, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal w/toppings, bagels, cheese omelettes, sausage, sausage gravy, sliced potatoes w/onions & bell peppers, orange juice, bottled water & several types of milk. Nice clean gym.

Bathroom shower was a little worn out but clean

Where to begin...Our room had a leaking toliet that appeared to have been a problem before we occupied it.We asked for it to be repaired.We were told it was fixed.We wake up to foul toliet water all around the toliet.This hotel is POORLY MANAGED!!!

Cleanliness is always at the top of my list, and this hotel was clean. Nice person at the desk when we arrived. Great location. Couldn't have been better for our needs. If we're ever back in the area and need a hotel, this will be our choice.

The room.

The front desk staff was crabby and they checked me out of my 3-day room after 24 hours. Their solution was that there was nothing they could do. Even after I showed them the reservation and that the checkout date was correct on my keycard.

Very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and very professional. They went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable.
