Country Hearth Inn & Suites Augusta

I filed a complaint with you guys. It took forever. This hotel is a drug and gangster hotel. There was screaming the whole night outside my room. Guy treated to kill unless he got money and his drugs I called front desk over and over Continued below...

Guy was threatening to shoot people. Police finally called at 700am...owner told me stay in my room it's not safe. I ASKED FOR A REFUND. I SAID I WAS A BLUE VIP MEMBER. OWNER SAID NO. NO NO POLICE TOOK ONE GUY SEVERAL OTHERS LIVING IN HOTEL. I WANT REFUND

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NOT ONE THING

nothing is clean,mold & scum in jacuzzi & bathroom,no breakfast, the entire property has debris everywhere,tiles broken around jacuzzi could cut legs getting in and out,desk clerk didn?t know who delivered food, doesn?t have what it claims to have,etc

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, except we needed more pillows.

The wi-fi did not work 90% of the time and the staff said that was normal. One of the bathroom lights would work and then not work and then work again. There was a musty smell. The shower/tub wouldn't stop dripping.

It was a long hard night of traveling and although the floor and bed size was not available. The staff assured me that he can still accommodate me with another room. He was very caring and even went to make sure the room was cool and presentable.

We loved EVERYTHING about this clean and convenient hotel. The first minute we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and kindness. The management team led by hotel employee was one of the best customer experience ever. They were all about; what can we do for you

No none what so ever as we had a perfect 10 customer experience 5 day stay. Kudos to Harry and their staff.

The front desk clerk lady at night was amazing.

they put my stuff out of my room without verifying or looking to see that I already booked a reservation for that day. I was standing out side in the heat til the got it handled. but I was no contacted at all and the lady was very disrespectful to me.

The location to Fort Gordon.

I didn't like the state of the room. My room was non-smoking and it smelled like smokes every time I turned in the extractor in the bathroom. There was mold formed around the showerhead, kitchenette didn't have a stove or utensils, phone didn't work

Service was awful no working air conditioning in room wanted to send up maintenance while we were in bed sick from such a horrible hotel experience... Never again!!!

Cover over light in bathroom was missing. It seems that some updates could be done. Paint and new bedding would work wonders

It was very close Fort Gordon base.

The AC barely worked (hot and humid), the water would not drain down the tub drain when we showered, cigarette holes (burn holes) all over the old out dated blanket, some of the light fixtures did not work and it reeked old mildew smell.

good location to get to the Masters. Breakfast included. Quiet.

I admit that my expectations were pretty low, but the hotel exceeded my expectations.

we were there for masters , the prices for hotels during that week are very high ! The staff was so nice and the room was clean maybe some residual smoke in room but we were satisfied with everything!

The staff were great with only minor exception or incident. There were friendly and very helpful. The location was conveniently located to the Augusta National golf course.
