Americas Best Value Inn - Augusta Historic Downtown

Very dirty, leaky toilet and shower. Shady business going on in the parking lots at night.

Nothing, it is extremely unsafe and dirty. There were cigarette holes in bedsheets, and the room smelled pretty bad. There wasn't a lock in our room, and cabinet handles were broken. It is very poorly maintained place.

Further they advertise free breakfast but they don't serve that

The location was excellent to an Ironman event we were doing. Everything was walkable.

Way too many things to list. The hotel checked us in and the beds were unmade and room was dirty. Condoms on the floor. We were disgusted. It appeared like the typical cheap hourly hotel based on the clientele. We only had it booked from one night.

Location. The owner maintained a carefree and non-agressive response to our complaint (to a fault) but non-defensive just the same.

Amicable staff giggled at me "you get what you pay for" after telling them that a HUGE dead rat was next to the bed and it stank.He told my beau to go in the next room and "check it out" before I did.Coffee, no pot. Broken furniture, fridge, smoke alarm.

Dirty hotel room dirty sheets and dry towels really terrible

The staff is not only rude, but will charge you for more than just the one night you booked, lock you out for hours without being able to get you back in whike in the meantime, steal your itens. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The updated furniture and décor is a great value. The bar is nice too. Great location.

The shower area needs some updating.

The location was great near the Augusta Convention Center. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. For the price it was an ideal room and stay.

Not really any issues. Enjoyed my week stay in the hotel.

The place could’ve been cleaner. I bought products to clean and make my stay better. The staff was very pleasant so that was a bonus. The location was great. I really don’t have any major complaints.

The overall cleanliness could use more work.

The metal frame for the bathroom door was rusted badly and about four inches of it was completely gone at the bottom on one side.The walls were very thin and I could hear the conversations in the rooms on both sides of mine. The electrical outlets are very old and one had obvious scorch marks where something had shorted out. The outlets were also very loose and it was difficult to keep things plugged in.A very weird man was selling Masters golf tournament tickets on the sidewalk just outside his room. (It was Masters weekend.)I could go on....
