Pros +
- Conveniently located to shops
- Clean room. Nothing fancy
- Breakfast and how clean it was.
Cons -
- Front desk staff was sitting on counter. Talking on cell phone at desk. I requested room service for towels and trash removal twice and did not receive it I went down and got towels from the front desk. Breakfast good but coffee was watery.
- Remote area. Not much around. Hotel sign not even lit at night.
- I was charged an additional $100 after I had prepaid the total due. Additionally there was a housekeeper with a very poor attitude.

Clean, nice rooms.
A bit pricey.
convenience to meeting
There were several employees who were not wearing masks and many customers without masks (it is hard to enforce for customers, but employees should be required to wear them). There was no light on the desk, p and the tub was slippery. No food close by.
to was close by.
Overall it was good until I saw I was over charge for the room. That just made everything go left. After that it didn't matter anymore that the room was clean or anything else because I excepted to pay one amount, the overcharge ruined it all.
The place was clean and new, breakfast was excellent. This is our experience with all Hampton Inns.
The front desk people were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was not too hard and not too soft. Perfect
Nothing to complain about
My family and I were on vacation for our family reunion and I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was clean and the staff was super nice. My family and I were greeted with smile every day during our time here. Our cleaning lady was awesome!
The staff was so nice room so clean and three minutes away from where I needed to be overall the best I've ever experienced
Absolutely nothing everything was GREAT
It was nice and clean
The front desk kelp calling when I was sleeping saying that I was making noise like I had a party going on and I was sleeping. Come to find out it was the room next door to me.
Modern feel and style. Lots of pillows and I guess a comfortable bed.
Thin walls. You can hear everything that's going on next door or down the hall. There's about ZERO sound proofing and it's impossible to relax when you have noisy neighbors. This hotel should have gotten better room soundproofing when renovated.
It was close to the event I was attending. The breakfast was better than expected, we successfully had a wakeup call.
first: 1 of 2 keycards didn't work. then, hair in the shower, next day, neither keycard worked.. employees were nice but I will not be back
Great and helpful staff. Very professional and welcoming!!
Everything! When I come to Augusta this is my go to hotel. The staff are generally nice, the facilities are usually clean, and the rooms are worth the stay. My family and I usually take advantage of the breakfast in the morning, which is usually good and filling.
No complaints
Clean rooms, easy checkin, and delicious breakfast
The location was good. The room was what I expected.
The night I checked in I needed to wash clothes. I went to the laundry room and put quarters in the washer which took $3.00 dollars total. I inserted the quarters, and the machine didn't work. I notified the staff, and they were puzzled and didn't know what to do. So, I took my clothes to a local laundromat. I don't know if housekeeping has a policy about which days they service rooms, but I had to notify them twice to service my room during my 7-day stay. There was construction going on downstairs for the breakfast area and kudos for offering breakfast bags or the hotel located next door. The construction took longer than what the signs posted. For example, the signs read the breakfast area will be closed this week Monday - Friday which was the week of 20 -24 Oct 2025. The signs were finally updated over the weekend at the front counter areas but not in the elevators.
Greeted by kind staff, nice rooms and awesome breakfast
Nothing to dislike
Staff were amazing! Everyone i encountered was so kind and friendly. The pool wasn’t open, but they immediately offered to pay for us to go the aquatic center down the road to make up for it. Was blown away.
Everything!! The staff was the best and most welcoming group of individuals I have ever encountered at any hotel I’ve ever gone to. Most helpful and accommodating. The young lady, Charley I believe is her name, at the front desk was so sweet and friendly and made our stay very memorable.
