The staff was wonderful.

The pool was not open nor was it mentioned on website. The room didn't have proper cookware. The sheets didn't fit the bed properly. Room was not decently clean.

I like the breakfast bar is different and well kept breakfast had great items and clean.

I get to the hotel 2 hrs after check in the hotel clerk was rude to my wife talking to her as a child. We wait so she could have maintenance clean up a overflowing toilet while we check in we get to our room 525 he says he needs 15 min to clean.

The breakfast was horrible !!! There was mold all over the shower curtain The sheets did not fit the bed The bed was rock hard. The pillows were so flat and awful Will never stay here again!

It had a indoor pool and hot tub.

Yes. I did not like the fact that our room smelled like dog. I was unaware that it was a pet friendly room. I had to request new bed sheets because there was dog hair all over the sheets when we got in our room.

Residence Inn Augusta provided an amazing customer service experience. The staff was kind and patient, even with a party of guest that were not being kind to them although the error occurred on the part of the guest during booking not Residence Inn.

The hotel was PERFECT AND SO WAS THE STAFF . Our room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel was so quite and peaceful,

The staff is great friendly very helpful. Room was great. Kitchen had everything a person would want. The place has a great breakfast everyday.

Very lovely decore throughout. The bed was very comfy as well as the other furniture in the room. Really nice kitchen with all supplies besides groceries of course. But they will even stock that which I found impressive.

Exterior- Was disappointed there wasn't a covered pull up area for unloading. Interior-The bathroom sink area and door to bathroom is right next to the bed which leaves little privacy and makes it impossible to use while others are asleep in bed.

Worst experience they ha no hot water … this is after I checked in They knew the vendor hadn’t comeThey didn’t have manager on site to talk to me Having hot water is basic necessity I would not recommend this place to any one

Great location. We had an updated room which was nice. No pullout couch though. I had so share a bed with my son. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are a no no. Soft and very flat. Take your own if you need more neck support. Not sure why hotels don’t do firmer pillows. Shower head is fabulous! Love the water pressure. Clean towels.

Breakfast was really not that great. Not a great selection. Notice stuck up to watch how much you eat “other people have to eat too…” very unprofessional. There was no toast available. Hot food was cold. We never had breakfast there during our three day stay. Went to eat around 8am. Had to keep curtains closed at all times (block-outs) as the building material was right outside our room windows and people getting on and off scaffolding. Had very little privacy and dark room during the day. Will be back but will address these issues in person next time. Nothing serious…..

I asked for a room away from the road frontage but was given one away and it was even a "upgrade". I feel that I was used for extra money gain.

It was very clean and safe with very good outdoor lighting in the parking lots.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and informative.
