No pillows No towels Air filter nasty moldy

I asked for a room with a kitchenette.

the staff at the desk was rud rude and was not friendly at all. I checked in about 4pm est. I recieved multiple knocks at the door and multiple phone calls where people were looking for people and drugs all the way until 3am est. horrible stay!!

NOTHING IT LOOKED LIKE A CRACK HOTEL. DIDNT STAY THERE AFTER WE SAW THE ROOM ALOT A SHADY CHARACTERS HANGING AROUND WAS SCARED TO STAY THERE AND THATS SAYING ALOT SINCE WE MOVED HERE FROM CALIFORNIA. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN

The staff is extremely nice. The hotel has in house, roving security. The kitchenette makes for easy meals, and there's a fairly large laundry facility on site. Right across from the Mall, Walmart, and numerous fast food eateries.

Absolutely nothing.

Worst excuse for a hotel with "suites" in name. A ghetto hotel. Total misrepresentation. Feared for our safety due to lack of basic security. Doors didn't lock. AC falling out of wall. Filthy. Did not stay. Disputing all charges.

location, the mall was right down the street and it was close to a lot of food places

roaches, tub and had a strong bleach smell but the room was not clean. The door did not complete shut and there were issues with the bathroom door. I was NOT impressed at all. The photos online are very misleading the rooms does not look like online

Clean room and excellent cold A/C.

Could use more towels (only had two).

It was close to my family and all my needs and I slept well, once I clean my room. the rate was excellent.

The hotel lack little needs ie.., ice machine, clean sheets, enough towels for 4, no body soap and etc.

The staff was friendly

The bathroom was not clean enough, the refrigerator did not work and smelled

low end room- no bedside tables or lamps for reading in bed. Only one bar of complimentary soap...period.

It's 2 minutes from the mall and virtually anything else you would need on a trip.

The roaches and the linen.

This hotel was overrun with broken down cars, people hanging out in parking lot participating in illegal behavior. The room was unclean and smelled awful. This hotel was not stayable.

Not safe, very dirty, unsanitary.

I would never recommend this hotel. It smelt and was full of bugs. The price was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

FULL of bugs, discolored sheets, and my towels has holes in them.

ALOT OF PEOPLE JUST HANGING AROUND THE PARKING LOT.
