it was easy to check in and the staff was nice

there was no towels in the room and toilet paper. I was taken back when we had to go down to the lobby to use the microwave.

The staff is rude, no one is ever @ the front desk, and you can't get linen if you need it

Reseasonable price.

The lack of towels and bedding we had to our room was unacceptable. We also had no refrigerator or microwave in the room, there was no blanket on our beds, just a under blanket full of burn cigarette holes. The front desk was no help with a towel etc.

Only 1 staff on duty 24/7 That person works maintenance,, front desk and housekeeping. Signs say free breakfast but its not honored. Rooms are clean and like new but AC unit was dripping water on carpet so that was not ideal

The location and location only!!!

I had to switch rooms 3 times and then I finally decided to leave the hotel. I was advised to contact who I booked with who would reach out to them to issue my refund, I have had no such luck yet and I booked this a week ago.

Roaches and the owner/manager knocked and opened my door at midnight looking for a doorbell he believed was left in the bathroom!!!

The room was remodeled and nice

The person at the front desk was working cleaning rooms running back and forth and she had to do everything then the night lady had her dog in the front desk and it was a pit bull and everyone don?t like dogs !!! It?s a place for them !!!

Close to food

No wifi, awkward location makes it difficult to find, staff are almost never at front desk, no breakfast, elevator was broken.

friendly owners and not far from Masters & price was fair for Masters week day

The staff was very rude , it was not clean smelled like style smoke linens had hair on them and the furniture had not been moved in a long time to be cleaned under and around.

Hotel was filthy, bugs on the bed, tub dirty. Could not stay there had to get another hotel

Yes, it was a run down environment, there is no way that hotel received a 3 star rating.

Shady hotel with illegal activities going on. Our dog slept by the door and growled all night.

Every time I walked in they always ask me what room number I'm in.. as if I'm not a guest, I believe they were profiling me honestly
