Knights Inn - Boy Scout Road Augusta, GA

Room was dirty. Pee stains next to toilet No Hangers. No towel rack. Bathroom floor sloped downhill(falling in). Crud buildup around shower tub, Microwave & Mini-frig had no outlet to plug into. Lights by beds did not work. Stinky garbage outside

It was filty. I had a large rodent running around the room as I entered. The bathtub was falling apart.

The location and staff at the front office were great. I came in for masters week, I knew what I was getting with this place. Bugs in room, smelled bad¿ who cares? The location was great and it was a bed to sleep in during masters week.

Not maintained very well. Bathroom floor was rotten and soft. Roaches in the room. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold.

The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating.

The hotel itself is in terrible condition and the room is really disgusting. The bathroom is actually scary. The floor is so uneven it feels like it will collapse. The refrigerator did not work. A cockroach greeted us in the morning.

I love that the hotel is really clean . Heater works & great cable ! Comfortable bed .

What I didn't like is being harassed by house keeping at 10:50am when checkout is at 11am . There's no reason for housekeeping to ask me am I checking out . There was a do not disturb sign on the door . They still knocked .

very old and outdated, needed to be remodeled with newer carpet and repair the bathroom floor.

I booked a non smoking room and my room smelled like smoke.

The lady at the desk was awesome, very kind and caring. She was able to move me when the toliet stopped working. I had booked the stay for 2 days.

I didn't find out until after I booked that the pool was closed and also no breakfast, which was the 2 things that I looked for when booking the room.  They send me an email after I booked stating due to Covid.  Covid has been over for some time now.  I am not sure if it is due to understaffing but they need to update the hotel and take the information off the books that they do not accommodate these amenities.  I first had to ask for toliet paper because there was none in the room. Then I had to ask for a remote for the TV. She brought one with no backing to hold the batteries. The commode stopped working so I had to move rooms on the 2nd day. The water wouldn't pump into the back, so not sure what happened there. The downfall was that the rooms do not have the fridge plugged up so I had to start over with cooling the fridge again along with the air conditioner was also off so the room was hot. The second room was worse because the AC didn't turn off , there was no thermostate so it was either on or off. When I came back from a funeral (that was the reason for my trip) the room was 63 degrees and it was so cold. I had no idea or I wouldn't have left it on. On a good note, there was no bugs to be found!

The location to Augusta National is excellent. The motel is very quiet and convenient.

I have stayed here before and knew what to expect however this time the room had a leaky shower handle. It is probably just a washer that needs replaced. I managed to use the shower curtain as a makeshift fix so the water wouldn't run out onto the floor. Being Masters week, I dealt with it because I figured there were no more rooms available.
