Nothing the room was ok but bathroom ceiling was pealing and toilet leaked and kitchen sink leaked. All the outlets and light switches were in poor condition.

I didn't like anything at this hotel. Hotel staff are very rude? Whenever I would go to the front desk they would help but be on their own phone talking while trying to help. The treated their customers like crap cussing at them while they talk to them.

unclean, loud, rusty, just overall very unkempt hotel

We were lucky enough to score one day lottery tickets to the masters and chose this hotel due to the proximity to the course.

Aside from the location, this hotel was absolutely awful. The staff were friendly, but the room was truly one of the dirtiest and most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom overall in the cleanliness of the floors throughout were disgusting

I do not know how this hotel received a 2.5 star rating. the best way to describe is- " the filthiest, foul smelling roach motel".

The house keeping rule if you stay extended days you don't get house keeping, the policy on who gets breakfast & the actual Housekeeper I met was rude.

I never had the opportunity to stay here. Either the hotel or Booking.com messed up and we didn't have a reservation that worked for the hotel. We called customer service and they couldn't resolve the issue and gave me a refund. The customer service number is not a toll free number and so my phone carrier charged me over $100 for the call. I had to find a new hotel at 1am.

My room was dirty. I had hair in the sink and tub. The people around me were really loud and would sometimes bang on my door for no reason. It was just really ghetto to be honest

It didn't have there pool open,Had to change my room cause the bed was broke and was getting attacked by fruit flies.Had Crackheads knocking on door late-night.Bad odor smell in carpet.No daily housekeeper.Went to the store and came back my room keys didn't work.Toilet makes noise through the day and night.

The tv wasn't working the air-condition made loud noise all night and the staff wasn't to helpful.

As soon as I checked in the room, I went to use the restroom, I flush the toilet and water went everywhere, the whole room was flooded.I went to the front desk to request for another room, she didn't want me to get another room at first, she said she will get maintenance to come, but after waiting for 30 minutes, she offered me another room

Hotel from hell

Loud radio all night ppl standing by my door all night smoking skunk weed prostitutes in the parking lot , drug dealers sitting in cars , roaches the size of prunes it was just the worst experience I have had at a hotel yet

old staff lady was rude. young girl was super nice, never cleaned
