Staff were surprisingly friendly and courteous. Room was spacious enough and was kept clean everyday. Location was strategic for us visiting a school nearby. Area where it was located was safe even at night

The bed was uncomfortable and I had a hard time sleeping. I wish their beds were firmer. The restaurant seems like it was always closed. Our room was facing another apartment that was so close you feel that you have no privacy.

I had never heard of this hotel. I found it thru an online search. I am already considering it for my next stay in the area. The location is ideal. I love the barn door feature.

I wasn't there long enough to access any of the amenities except for the 24 hour valet service. I appreciated that availability.

The hotel is clean new and fresh. The room is spacious, clean and modernized. It's in a great location, less than a mile from lots of restaurants and bars and other things you may need on a trip. If traveling for a concert or event, it was very convenient to get to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The car ride was about 15 minutes (not during rush hour), but we ended up catching a bus we stumbled upon near the hotel that dropped us right in front of the stadium; once out of the crazy traffic at the stadium, it was 15 minute or less ride back.

The price of parking is obscene. The staff who were on the parking staff were great, but the price is really a bit too much. And as other guests have mentioned, the refrigerator drawer does just enough to keep your things cool, not really cold.

The room was not in good shape. UT didn't smell but it wasn't cleaned well at ALL. The toilet paper holder was broken. Being a double knee replacement recipient I requested a handicap room. While taking a shower I went use the handicap bar and it literally came off the wall. I caught myself from falling but it scared me. Told the front desk and they took the toilet paper roll off the wall and did nothing about the shower rack.

The location was great! The staff were very accommodating and very friendly!

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room for late night meals instead of having to walk to the main lobby and ask a staff member for access to a microwave.

Staff was warm and welcoming, from the front desk to the restaurant to parking to Housekeeping. Room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable overall.

The pillows were too soft and there was no microwave, but these were minor things in the overall experience.

Canopy by Hilton in Atlanta Midtown was a real gem of a find. Quiet rooms. Great location, 10 minute walk to a lovely square with great restaurants and a 10-15 minute Uber to Buckhead Village (nice shops and eateries). Also about 30 mins from airport. Clean, modern, spacious hotel. Comfy bed, great bathroom. We would stay again. We would recommend.

The hotel itself was ideal and great location, no complaints on that score. Just two things stopped it being 100% perfect. Breakfast was basic and two of the staff were somewhat abrupt with us despite our being polite with them.

The property was in a great location. The hotel restaurant and great food and drinks. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We didn't realize the rooms don't have fridges but coolers instead; not good for food storage or drinks.
